I now use it to stay in contact with several friends in Africa. I guess it's standard over there. Then, we used it for group chat for a job I was on. I can't say how it works from the management side, but it did what we needed to keep in contact with each other. It's a basic messaging app. Nothing stands out as exemplary. But no notable problems. Pros Easy to use. Good for international communications. It offers end-to-end encryption, if you trust it. And will connect with your existing contact list, if you trust it. Cons I don't like that you need a cell phone to be able to use it because when my mobile device breaks down I can no longer use the application, and while I am repairing or changing my phone I am left unreachable with my contacts.
