It is light, has a quick turnaround, and is perfect for everyday management of sales and station promotion. With that being said, more tools that allow you to add more tools for task tracking or reminders would make it useful for people who like to have several campaigns at once. Pros Telegram is so efficient to keep in touch with my sales team. Having the option to have separate group chats for clients, stations and campaigns helps to keep our conversations clean. I also like the file sharing function, it is easy and fast to send media material to people to help in promoting them. It is smooth on both desktop and mobile, which is essential when I'm out meeting clients but want to keep up with the team discussions. Cons Although Telegram is useful for messaging, it doesn't have task managing features that can aid with follow-ups or project deadlines. From time to time, it will have problems where notifications do not show up instantly, particularly during busy sales. More options to organise chats than just folders would be great as it would match up better with how we work. Between work, appointments, content ideas, and random reminders, it’s been convenient having everything easy to access in one place. I started using it mainly for communication, but now I also use it to send myself notes, organize ideas, and keep up with fast-paced work stuff without feeling too cluttered Pros I like that Telegram makes it easy to keep up with different parts of my day without switching between apps constantly. I use it for personal chats, work updates, sending documents, and even saving content ideas for the salon. Doesn’t feel overloaded with ads or unnecessary stuff. Group chats are also easier to manage compared to other apps Cons The only thing I don’t really like is that group notifications can become a lot, especially during busy days. Sometimes it also takes a minute to find older files or messages. Trovo molto utili anche l’invio di allegati di grandi dimensioni e la possibilità di mandare foto come file, così da mantenerne la qualità originale. Un altro aspetto particolarmente valido è la possibilità di creare userbot o chatbot tramite le API di Telegram, che rendono la piattaforma adatta anche ad automazioni e gestione di processi. Infine, il supporto multipiattaforma contribuisce a rendere il servizio comodo da usare su dispositivi diversi. Tra gli aspetti meno convincenti segnalo la presenza di pubblicità da parte di Telegram nei gruppi e canali pubblici di grandi dimensioni, che può risultare invasiva.
