Pros

Unlike other applications, Telegram has always worked, I have never been incommunicado because the service goes down or something like that, it is very cheap, it has many functions and you can be in contact with all your contacts

Cons

I would like it to have better options to make broadcast groups and also video calls, and that they be used in more portals

It serves me very well, I manage to maintain a good relationship with my bases through it and handle all the demands I have throughout the day. I keep everything organized by making a lot of use of the channels, which is one of the features I use the most. Undoubtedly in general I am very satisfied and the application is far beyond the competition, it just needs to get into people's tastes once and for all.

Pros

The application is relatively easy to use, it doesn't need a SIM card to create an account, it's compatible with Android, IOS, and PC. I can contact any user of the application without necessarily having him on my list, the channels help a lot in the company's productivity and I can integrate with the group, making everything more organized and easy to find, besides being able to respond privately or in the group. Groups can be quite large and have many tools to moderate, such as limiting the times you can send messages and adding a time for the same user to send messages back to back, which avoids mess when the group is large and spammy. Another interesting feature is the fact that it can be invisible when necessary and create hidden conversations, where nothing is stored in the cloud, much for confidential matters. The built-in tools, such as its own browser, translator, subtitling, image editing, games, in the application itself saves time, as we don't need to leave the application to use these features, not forgetting that we can send files up to 2gb in a way fast and practical.

Cons

The main disadvantage that I see this in the security part, the encryption system is native and not approved by the standards offered by google and facebook, it is not set as default, which can cause message leakage. The search, although working relatively well, is sometimes a little confusing when you have a large base to search, but it's not something that really gets in the way, but it could improve. Another point is that it's not that popular, so you can't just adopt it as an official channel in the company.

Overall very satisfied with this application. It is my default messaging application that I use on daily basis.

Pros

I've been using Telegram since day 1 when it was introduced as an iOS app in August of 2013. It is my default messenger app. I don't even know if I'll be able to list all the pros of this awesome app. 1) Absolutely free, no ads, no in app purchases, no spams. 2) Available across all devices, including desktop, Android, iOS, Windows phone. 3) Unlimited cloud storage. All the messages are stored online and once you login every single message is synced across all of your devices. 4) Integration with IFTTT that is ideal for task automation. 5) Bots. There are tons wide range of bots that will increase your productivity. 6) Native photo/video editor. You can crop, change color, size of your photos. You can also trim, change the resolution of your video file before sending them. All of these are done within the app, absolutely no need for 3rd party applications. 7) Telegram has channels for variety of topics/updates/news. I read daily news within the app. A lot of news agencies have their official telegram channels. 8) Wide variety of high quality stickers for any occasion and reason. 9) Theme support. You can easily change the appearance of the messenger according to your tastes. 10) It has built in audio/video player. 11) Supports multiple profiles and you can easily switch between them. 12) Crystal clear audio calls. 13) Application runs lightening fast compared to any popular instant messaging app.

Cons

1) Application does not support video calls yet. If developer implements video calling then app will be complete and include all essential communication tools.

With this program running, I can practically call or video contact anyone in the globe. I've also been able to stay in touch with colleagues by creating a channel and group chat specifically for us. The colleagues also enjoy it because whenever a new co-worker joins, everyone makes sure to welcome them. And because everyone is aware that this information isn't being shared elsewhere, they all seem to be in a really positive and pleasant mood and are more at ease.Starting out was quite simple. I only had to download the app and enter my phone number to be ready to go. Finding those channels does take some time if you use Telegram mainly for social media, I suppose. However, it's really simple to start it up, create a channel, form a group, and gather people. You can make use of your existing phone number. You can search for your friends' phone numbers by typing them in. It really is quite easy to use.

Pros

Cross-device compatibility and excellent features. Works wonderfully on all platforms and has a ton of nice features that are incredibly useful for managing communities and instant messaging.It has an easy-to-use, lightweight UI. It can support a variety of records and maintain the original document size without reducing the document's quality or packing it when it is sent. Everyone may use Telegram as a second messaging platform for their company because it has all the features everyone needs.

Cons

Since your account and phone number are always linked, it will become problematic if I lose my phone number-related responsibility and find it difficult to recover my record without it. This problem should be resolved if the decision is made to connect it to the email record.

I use Telegram every day, and it is wonderful, I can do many things thanks to the bots and the developer API, I have never had failures with Telegram, the only thing I do not like is the issue of security, in this aspect WhatsApp is more “safe”

Pros

Telegram is the best for chatting with friends. To save images, videos, it is only better to understand how to save, since it has an easy but complicated way to understand. I highly recommend using Telegram, you can see your programs, reality shows, series, soap operas, movies, and comedy with the best quality than only looking for the page of the program you want to see it. Only have internet and data to contemplate the best things.

Cons

Telegram is that it does not allow group video calls.

It is one of the few applications to communicate without so many barriers or requirements while still offering encrypted security, Telegram allows you to expand your social, work and even spiritual circle, I love it.

Pros

I like Telegram for the reliability it gives us users, I can communicate instantly and very safe. -One of the features that stand out in the app, is that it does not lower the quality of the files sent, for example images, nor does it affect their size, I appreciate that a lot. -I like the interface of Telegram in terms of customization and settings. -Telegram offers true community participation, explore freely, I consider this a very unique feature; it's a kind of informative, private social network with instant messaging mixed in well. -I can save important messages.

Cons

There are very few things I don't like about Telegram; for example the slowness to download, I have to do it in parts; this aspect can be improved to do the tasks in one go. Using Telegram on the web is an unattractive idea, and it's a pity that it doesn't offer the same as the app on my cell phone.

The only problem with telegram is that people still don't feel like migrating from a another app for this one so not all people use it

Overall very satisfied. Easy to use, value for money, functions are well constructed. Well coverage of all necessary tools for instant messaging and team collaboration

Pros

Telegram is free. Its instant messaging tool is quick, notifications are customisable which respects privacy preferences and frequency preferences. Video conferencing finctions are stable and convenient for urgent meetings and quick responses, connection is stable. Sharing of media and files is seamless, resolution is never compromised.

Cons

Overall very nice and highly recommended for personal and business use. One cons is its layout is a bit dull given its monotone color scheme.

la verdad dejando de lado los contras mi experiencia en general con esta aplicación a sido medianamente buena, ay algunas cosas que intentaría mejorar la verdad como mas facilidad para descargar archivos o las notificaciones tardadas.

Pros

la facilidad con la que puedo mover mis archivos y guardarlos en la aplicación, además de poder mandar mis archivos a compañeros de trabajo mas rápido que antes y sin ningún problema tanto si son archivos muy pesados o livianos.

Cons

el tiempo que tarda en descargar a algunos archivos... se que es normal si tienes una conexión algo lenta pero ay algunos archivos que no tiene ningún sentido que se tarde mas de 30 minutos en descargar como por ejemplo archivos de word o excel que ay veces en que me llegaban a tardar mas de 30 mins en terminar por que según era muy pesado o el problema de los mensajes no enviados que eso si no se por que me ocurre pero la verdad es molesto y mas sabiendo que tengo un internet de mas de 100 mbs.

Great for immediate updates and sending files! The entirety of your visits and records are saved on the cloud, and you can get to them whenever you like. Telegram has fantastic informing capacities, including video gatherings and messaging, voice chat or voice calls, and no impediment on the quantity of people in the chat rooms. It likewise empowers users to get to any channel or organization by browsing for it in the search box. I love that the number of people in the chat room is not limited to a specific number. It also assists you with building bots to help you with different errands etc. A lot of organizations, businesses or associations actually use it as a basic contact channel.

Cons

The only problem would be for account recovery if you lost your phone. Other than that a little more optimization in desktop features would come in handy.

E' sempre stato un prodotto di nicchia ma fortunatamente si sta sviluppando sempre più, grazie alla sua rapidità, ottimizzazione per vari dispositivi e per la sua estetica personalizzabile. Nel lavoro è spesso utilizzata per il trasferimento di alcuni documenti e per messaggistica istantanea, sicuramente da preferirsi ad altri concorrenti. Al momento è il migliore in circolazione!

Pros

Applicazione molto leggera, facile da sincronizzare con il proprio Smartphone e consente una messaggistica ed una condivisione dati rapida. E' possibile aprire anche gruppi o canali dove pubblicare i proprio contenuti gratuitamente.

Cons

E' stato inserito un modello "premium" che aggiunge dettagli grafici altrimenti non disponibili. Rimane un software completamente gratuito ma questa aggiunta sembra veramente inutile.

There are two types of telegram channel( a public channel that anyone can access and a private channel that no one enters except through an invitation), Unlimited number of people can join your telegram channel ,Whenever an activity is done on the channel, a notification will be sent to all members , Share files such as photos and videos. Compressed documents and files - ZIP, RAR, EXE, etc. You can share large files up to 1.5GB .

The contact list is based on phone numbers and requires mobile calling permissions . No possibility of voice messages . You cannot know the status of a contact

I can count Telegram as another app I have installed on my mobile device, but it is not my first choice, nor is it the one I use the most to communicate with others. Instead, I have it to find additional information, as many content creators on the internet expand on this messaging network. It also helps me when I need to find tutorials, contact technical support, help consumers, clear my doubts in forums or just pass the time when I'm bored.

Pros

What I like most about Telegram is that it is a drinkable alternative to stay in touch with other people (family, friends, colleagues, acquaintances, groups in general).In addition, it offers a space to find forums that deal with various topics that interest me. In them, I can find other information that is not published on the web and social networks.

Cons

On the other hand, the ability to find all kinds of information is very positive, but it also has a downside. In many cases, I don't feel safe using the application because I don't think it is sound in terms of usage policies, privacy and computer security (cybersecurity, ethical and unethical hackers, etc.). Compared to other alternatives, in my opinion, this is the most problematic option in terms of security, data protection and confidential information. Although it all depends on how the user uses it, their duties and responsibilities.

Using Telegram for more than half a year now was the best choice my friends and I made. We are no longer frustrated with unresponsiveness and bugs with the previous messaging app and are enjoying animated stickers and other useful features Telegram offers.

Pros

Telegram is an open-source messaging client available for all major platforms. I am using it because I was annoyed with my previous messaging app - Facebook Messenger. Every time some messages wouldn't be sent or I wouldn't receive notification for a new message. With Telegram, I don't have that problem. Everything works without problems and I also noticed that my phone battery usage is lower when I made the switch and that is great! One thing that caught my eye at my very first use was stickers. They are amazing! There are a ton of them and a majority of them are animated, cute, and funny. I really like how you can search for emojis and stickers. Just type ":nameofemoji" and you will be offered that emoji or even better, sticker. Stickers are very lightweight and load very fast, much faster than gifs. Telegram messages are encrypted with end-to-end encryption when chatting individually. Telegram also offers a PC app rather than a browser app which is also a plus and a downside. In my opinion, it is a big plus because it syncs with your mobile phone and it doesn't use additional resources of your PC. There is also fantastic support of chatbots and even shopping bots. You can purchase things on Telegram! An amazing and very customizable thing for developers when creating their applications. Telegram supports many popular payment gateway providers out of the box and they don't take extra fees. Media management is done very well in Telegram. You can set a period after all media

Cons

I had problems with syncing the mobile app and desktop app. I just couldn't get it to work properly. This problem lasted for few days, after which the desktop app updated automatically to the latest version. Since then I haven't experienced this strange issue again. It was weird because there was no other way to use Telegram on a desktop. There is no web app like WhatsApp which comes in handy when I am at someone else's PC. I just open a web browser and scan QR code with my mobile phone. Something like that should be a good thing if Telegram develops and I am looking forward to that day.

Overall, it is a great application for instant communication and having discussions with colleagues, customers, vendors and more. It makes my device free in RAM and diskspace. It enables me to share images to be delivered in same quality. The file once shared remains available for download. It enables to have groups with huge number of members for having discussions and sharing on larger platform.

Pros

I like it for it's simple interface, faster running, light weight on device and freely available for instant communication either in text, audio or video. The pictures are delivered in same quality. The files send remains available once sent. It supports huge groups to having discussion in among larger set of people. The newly added group member can view the group discussion held prior to his joining.

Cons

No bad experience except just their users community is not much large in comparison to other renowned alternatives. We need to invite many people to use it for being on same platform.

Telegram is easy to install and supports many devices with the ability to work on any device without the need for a phone that is connected to the internet. I love the flexibility Telegram gives me to install it or run it via a browser on any device, even old ones.

Pros

Telegram has a lot of features and constantly adds more. Users love that about it. It's using a futuristic app in the present. Secret chats are a great feature. The Telegram tips channel is very helpful because there are many features to educate users about. Also, unlimited file size sharing is the best. Telegram also can send all kinds of file formats. The video rendering is fast after a live stream or recording. Channels are very useful too.

Cons

I keep setting my UI to dark mode because it keeps reverting back to the default UI skin.

### "Very convenient and multifunctional messenger app"

I like to use Telegram to connect with my friends and to get relevant information from the channels that I follow. It is a great messenger application and I would recommend it without any hesitation.

Pros

Telegram has more features than a most messengers have right now. 1. General features. Users can chat by using text, voice and video messages, do voice and video calls, create groups to talk with friends, colleagues or family. Sending photos and videos are very comfortable in Telegram as the user can easily choose between sending them as a file - with the original size - or as a picture/video - by reducing the size. 2. Special chat features. If you wrote something wrong, you can just delete the previous messages and Telegram will not report it to the other user. If there was a type, you can easily edit your message even after sending. If you want to send a message to somebody, but you don't want to disturb them, you can send a it without a notification, which, I believe, is a great feature. Also, you can set a timer to automatically send your message. 3. Channels. Besides just connecting with your friends and acquaintances, Telegram also allows the users to join various channels posting about different topics. There are many distinct channels in Telegram: you can join one to receive daily news, or another one to get photos of cute puppies each day. One can easily create own channel to i.e. promote their business. 4. Accessibility. Telegram can work on several devices at the same time. There is no need to have your phone next to you if you want to open it on your computer. It provides convenience to switch between devices and also to transfer files from one device to another.

Cons

1\. "... joined Telegram". What I don't like most about Telegram is that when joining it for the first time, all your contacts using the app gets a notification about your join. In my opinion, it is very disturbing for both side. 2. Message delivered. Unfortunately, Telegram doesn't provide any information about the delivery of the message. One tick means that you have sent the message and two of them states that message has been already read. But you never know if the message has been delivered when it is not read yet.

Telegram has more features, which don't have any alternatives in Whatsapp, such as the channels, sending messages scheduled or without sound, easy access from the computers and so on.

### "A complete app for chatting"

Overall my expirience could be sum up as flawless. I came from Whatsapp wich on cell phone works fine but on PC has many issues that Telegram doesn't have. I like that the people behing Telegram really seem to care about everything in the app, even messaging you (through the telegram bot of course) to let you know the new changes they made and that makes it more personal. So i'm looking foward to know what else can it offer and i plan to stay for a long time

Pros

The aesthetics of the app are very nice. In general it really looks like the developers try to keep the app as clean as possible (it doesn't even have ads). The animations that come with the emojis are a nice touch and in general the app works flawlessly. In addition Everything is in the cloud so no space other than for the app itself is required and end to end encryption is also a must and it has it even with phone or video calls. The web and desktop app also work as flawless as the cellphone app as well.

Cons

So currently in my country not many people use it so there's not much to do in it if you don't have people to talk to. Although i have some faculty groups in which the app is very much needed. There may be some people that prefer their stuff saved in their cell phones and there is no option to do that.

In general I find it very useful to use telegram to communicate with my friends and co-workers, and it is quite easy and safe to send and receive documents and files.

Pros

What I like most about Telegram is the variety of documents and files that can be shared from the app, it is very complete. It is also very easy to use and enjoy all its functions and the integration with its existing business processes was very simple.

Cons

What I do not like about the app is that there is not much variety of stickers, I wish I could make my own.
