I often send and receive large files and with telegram the transfer is very smooth and the quality remains intact. Pros Even with ordinary internet access, the speed with which messages and other content are transferred is amazing. I liked that it allowed me to share large media files and that the photographs or videos I uploaded were never pixelated. The group option is fantastic; you may have as many people in a group as you like. Furthermore, all of your chats and data are saved in the cloud, where you may access them whenever you want. Cons What I don't like is that you're likely to have received messages from strangers giving crypto and other advice, which usually leads to a scam. I will continue to use and recommend this app. Pros The best part is you can use the app on your computer WITHOUT having to download it on your phone. It is top security with end-to-end encryption. There are many nice security and privacy features including "Secret Chats" or "Self Destructing Messages". It is very easy to install and it is a very light weight program (at least for the P.C.). Plus, it is totally free! I would say it is the best of WhatsApp and Skype combined, making it superior to both. Cons I have no complaints. The Web version is also very efficient and can be used independently from the mobile application, allowing you to log in to more than one device at the same time. Pros What I like most about Telegram are the security and privacy options, such as secret chats or programmed to auto-delete messages sent after a certain time. In addition, it allows your phone number to be kept private, showing only your username. Another positive point is that you do not have to leave the conversation to send any type of heavier file to your contacts, something that other converting applications do not support. Cons One of the negative points is the number of people in the groups. Telegram supports a very large number of users at the same time, which for some may be an advantage, but the reality is that in these cases, it is very difficult to follow conversations. The chat display settings are a plus since there are many shapes and color settings to choose from and each contact can have their own unique style . The conversations you share on Telegram are completely private and you can delete any message or picture in your chat log for both you and your contact. Yes it deletes FOR BOTH.
