Pros I really loved the look of the telegram and I found appealing to me, so I downloaded it. Whoa! I was really wowed by how it was easy to use for anyone and it was organized compared to other software which is available in the market. I loved that it allows sharing of large media files and retains the quality of the images or videos sent, they are never pixelated. What I love most about Telegram and the reason why I still use it often is its group feature, it allows one to have as many people that one would want to have the group, it's as limiting as its competitors in the market.I have a very time communicating to my entire teams without doing so much really. Cons It's not once or twice that I have received weird messages from unknown numbers of people I don't know, which really makes me worried about the security of the app. the end to end encryption of messages is very good but it's the scams that make me uninstall the app every other time. It's great that one can search anything they want on the search area and it appears but I think Telegram should really work on filtering it as well to curb these scammers especially the crypto ones. Everything is available for personal and even commercial use Pros Creating groups and channels is very simple and practical, there are no restrictions on the content of content, photos, and videos. September 10, 2021 5.0 Now if talk about the overall experience with the telegram, Then it was excellent and I can rate it 5 stars. I am using the telegram to manage the business and for personal purposes too. Private chat is as secure as I can imagine. All messages are cloud-based and will be stored permanently for future use. I use to store pdf files on my channel for clients. I'm using the telegram channel as a portfolio for my clients. And I never got any of my documents or any media file. Now if you are also thinking of starting using telegram, then I assure you it will never disappoint you at any point in life. You can start using it without any hesitation. Pros I have liked the privacy feature and cloud-based messaging of telegram too much. I get shocked when I saw there is an option of hiding our number completely from friends and family too. But I have like to see some improvements in my favorite platform. I was thinking of email registration with the telegram. Currently, the telegram has the option of registration only with phone numbers. But it's not enough, I was thinking of creating a second telegram account. But I remained unable just because of phone number restrictions. I have only one mobile number and that is already registered with a telegram account. Now I can't create a second telegram account. I wish there should be the option of creating an account with an email address. By doing this, Every user will be able to create multiple accounts of the telegram on the same android. Right now the main reasons I use this software are because all my cryptocurrency family uses it and there's some vendors I work with. Other than that, it nearly gives me a panic attack opening this software daily. Pros All my cryptocurrency members and family are using this app which is the main reason I started using it in the first place. It has good marketplace features. It has great privacy options and the ability to call users. I like creating groups and managing them within this app. Bots can help the business a lot and sometimes I do find legit vendors that are great to work with. Cons There are many things this software needs to do to improve itself. First, navigation is HORRIBLE!! It's so impossibly difficult to navigate through all the groups and personal chats to find relevant chats. Some of which were buried for weeks and I didn't even realize it. How about some sort of organizing feature? This alone NEEDS TO HAPPEN or I will look elsewhere for a better chatting software. Second, there are sooooo many scams and fake accounts on this app that I seriously wonder how many people have lost money here or had their lives wrecked. I for one have already lost thousands of dollars in scams that I thought would be legit vendors. Turns out, they just shut down their account and start a new one... Tried to contact support about this but... where is support? Shouldn't it be easy to get support help on this software, especially after they tried to raise $1B+ for cryptocurrency token? Comon... this should be the FIRST thing in any business. Users, how can we determine who is fake and who isn't? Some of my groups have sooo many spam/scammers posting shill's that I literally had to hire someone to create a bot to ban the spammers for me. And managing my own groups, I can only see so far down the list of who is in the group? Why can't I see everybody?? I want to contact each group member and it only shows a fraction of them. I am very much satisfied with "Telegram" for the data storage issue. Whatsapp permits 16 MB file size for sending or forwarding purposes. Telegram allows 2GB for any file type per file and it is a significant reason for using "Telegram" rather than "Whatsapp". Data Privacy is another concern while using messaging platforms like Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc. Personal and messaging pieces of information are kept in the safest place in Telegram. "Whatsapp" and "Messenger" use users' information for marketing purposes. "Telegram" does not share users' information with third parties. Cons "10 seconds intervals" in messaging in telegram groups is an irritating matter. Except for this limitation, "Telegram" satisfies my all expectations.
