Love how feature rich it is. Much more feature rich in terms of privacy controls, being able to turn off my last seen, determine who can send me what kinds of messages; eg forwarded message and who can call me. Definitely love their group voice call feature, quite immersive and easy to use; push to talk... you can see who's listening and who's currently talking. Definitely one my top 2 favorite features of the app. Customizability of the app is another big one for me, being able to tailor it's UI to suit my preference is great. It can handle unlimited number of people in one group or in your channel. It is easy to reach many people at once and you can able to discover a lot of channels on f your interest. It less costly and affordable. You can video call friends and family with high quality HD which is recommendable. Cons One problem is experienced is that there is no parental control. Some files and Turnbull are being downloaded into my storage without my consent. They are inappropriate especially for young children. One of the best features for any user, business or not, is that they make security a priory. The company is all about user privacy and in a world in which that is becoming harder and harder to find, it shows in their growth rate. Last I heard they have more than a half a billion users. One of the features they added recently is large group video sessions. This is great as another way to hold meetings. The biggest problem with the platform would be that there is no real good way to find others and channels to follow. There are several unaffiliated websites that serve as directories but they leave a lot to be desired. Pros The company is heavy on security. The free price tag is nice. The user growth rate of the platform is impressive. Options to have group video sessions are useful. Cons Some of the main problems with this tool include the fact that for most people coming form another option, there is a learning curve and there is a lack of a directory or method to easily find and connect with others.
