Pros The best feature of Viber is the ease of use, real-time messaging, and video/picture support without reducing the quality, it's highly critical for those using it for business or work as it helps you stay up to date and react timely when something urgent comes up and show sample works without diminishing the quality. Viber also has a simple yet engaging user interface that makes it a great app/tool for users without being bland to the eye so integration was easy for my freelance work. Cons I would say a better option to start messaging without having to add someone as your contact, not every interaction is meant to be a long term interaction so instead of needing to add someone first to send a message instead of creating a group with them would make the app even better, especially when using Viber as means of communication for work or business, some interactions are exploratory.
