There were also greater risks of error! Now with Manage Artworks, our process is more efficient and there are far less errors and issues. Pros This software is easy to use each day. I love that it allows for one place for multiple people to review our artwork, making our jobs easier and more efficient. Cons There are sometimes glitches in the system but the customer support team at Manage Artworks is extremely fast to respond and resolve the issue. Pros I liked that i can look up label proofs very easily. Cons The past month when i log in and try to look for a label proof, nothing shows up. The screen stays blank.
