Grant Fellows Sports Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Just what a coaching business needs" November 6, 2018 4.0 I have been using TennisBiz to run a coaching programme with over 300 players attending every week. It has saved me time and allowed me to focus on other areas of the business. It is easy to use and very user friendly which makes it easy to train staff on how to use it. Pros TennisBiz is amazing to keep track of payments and bookings on our tennis sessions. The coaches have the app and can do the registers and have all the information they need on their phones. TennisBiz saves time when organising staff schedules, sending invoices and completing bookings. Cons The online booking system could be easier to use for people to book. It is difficult for tennis players to book online when there are so many different levels and standards of ability. Review Source TR Tim R. I have been using the system now for 7 years and the software is and will continue to develop as the needs of its consumers are diverse and the developers have taken this into consideration with the product. Pros The product is quite easy to navigate and use at a basic level. Within a few hours of using the software all employees have been able to successfully navigate their way through transactions, new clients, class enrolments etc.. The integration with Ezi Debit and the POS systems is fantastic and very convenient. Once setting up the classes, payments, memberships, package deals, products, services etc. the time you will save is invaluable. If you need help the staff a great at getting back to you and talking you through it. Cons The features may have been a little trickier to navigate in the infancy of the software however this has been continually improved over time and the software has become more practical. Reason for choosing TennisBiz I had used tennis Biz when working at another centre and also had better reviews from colleagues for Tennis Biz. Review Source AB Avi B. The setup is not bad. Cons It would be good if tennis Biz had its own payment portal where invoices paid could be automatically marked off on the software. There are updates constantly. It is difficult to make small changes as it stops you from repeating coaches, classes Emails sent to customers tend to go to junk. Wouldn't run my business without it. It's worth the monthly fee. Pros It's a database, emailing/texting system, class management, coach management, court management & invoicing system all in one. January 15, 2019 5.0 I have used TennisBiz for around 10 years now and its always been great and it just keeps getting better and better. Pros There are regular updates with exciting new features that help me spend less time in the office and more time doing more important things. Such as spending time with family. Prior to using Tennisbiz invoicing took me a whole week to do, one by one. Now they are automatically generated in seconds! I integrated it with direct debit so I have a regular cash flow and also integrated with my accounting software making tax time a lot quicker. The support team at TennisBiz have always been really great in helping me better understand the software so that I get the most out of it. Cons There aren't any cons. " June 3, 2020 5.0 The overall experience is very positive :) Pros The set up and layout, ease of use and variety of features. Cons All software programs have room for improvement. In this case more one touch features, more variability in schedule viewing and printing options, and the ability to see statistics a bit clearer would be great improvements, but what they currently have also suffices. It is very helpful and easy to use. Pros Web-based access is really life-saving. It enables login from anywhere. Fees are really affordable, monthly subscription is offered as a payment model. Pros The Tennis Biz product has saved me an inordinate amount of time with invoicing and class attendances and structure. Cons Only in the outset I wasn't sure what I was doing, however the staff support was excellent.
