### "Flexible solution, Best value for money"

EyeOnTask replaces several self developed tools and many Excel sheets. It makes the different processes easy and prevents mistakes. Especially the integration of the app for the fieldworkers with the back office improved efficiency.

Pros

EyeOnTask comes with an enormous amount of standard features which can be configured to the requirements. All features are integrated within the software but also over the different user interfaces like the web-interface, the apps and the plugins. Several financial features for the European market where missing, but added on my request within six weeks. The price model is very acceptable. For the company I advised the cost was even less than the "free" open source solutions when support was taken into consideration. There is good support although it is only in English.

Cons

The integration with other software is limited. A direct connection with the accounting software my client uses is not available ( currently solved with an export/import). I however had a good discussions with the people behind EyeOnTask and they are now working on adding a mapping tool. With this tool it would be possible for consultants like me to configure the connections with third party software.

EyeOnTask is one complete system which can be configured to the requirements other than Bitrix where many plugins of different vendors are needed. And the pricing model is much more friendly than Syntess.

### "Software with great value for money!"

EyeOnTask has allowed us to keep good records of all our contract and services to clients. The subscription price is definitely returned with great value! However, speed of site has been rather slow lately, and the failure of old functions with every update is frustrating. Hope to see improvements in that moving forward.

Pros

Responsiveness of the software team that listens to our suggestions and requests. Love the constant development of new functions to enhance our productivity.

Cons

Updates without notification, changing functions without notice. Whenever there's an update, some old functions will fail to work. Developers should be more thorough in their testing before going live. Inability to attach videos to jobs has been a hassle.

This software has been extremely helpful with our company, like any new software there is a learning curve in the beginning. We have been using this software now for going on three years their upgrades keep coming which is a pleasant surprise as they add features. This software can be used in residential or in commercial applications and we use it basically for work orders only not for invoicing which it does have the availability to do and to collect payment onsite if necessary

Pros

Value for the money has to be at the top, could not find any other platform that the costs are as low as EOT, The software is easy to learn and setting up custom forms is a breeze, like custom check lists for monthly or quarterly maintenance, ease of scheduling and repeating schedule is easy to set up as well. The ability for technicians to add pictures with detail is a huge plus. I would recommend this software to any company out there and for any startup company that wants to avoid being stuck in the 1990's with paper work orders to track.

Cons

I hate to say Cons, how about they have an opportunity to improve, it would be great to see them have the ability to add videos to the work orders, we have a work around but to have it in the history would be great, and the ability to edit the lead tech or techs completion notes for spelling errors would be nice.

Pros

The responsive customer support has helped implement additional requests. Issues are fixed quickly and directly. Easy and clear UI.

Cons

Could be more robust with more features, but I see things are being added. I think inventory could be improved.

We have been using EyeOnTask for around 3 years and are very satisfied with it. It helps us monitor site workers, manage schedules, and track job progress efficiently. Overall, it has improved our workflow and daily operations.

Pros

I have been using Eye on Task (EOT) for around 3 years. Overall, the system has helped improve our daily operation, scheduling, attendance tracking, and job coordination. As our operation and sales performance continue to grow beyond previous years, we are also improving internal workflow arrangements and team coordination through the system. Attendance timing, scheduling updates, and job records are now monitored more systematically to improve efficiency and communication between admins, coordinators, and fieldworker.

Cons

There is nothing significant that we dislike about EyeOnTask. The system has been helpful for managing schedules and monitoring field workers. We would just like to see more enhancements and new features in future updates.

The onboarding and support have been excellent. We use the platform to track service calls and contracts for our electrical company.

Pros

Easy to set up. Eliminated the need for paper systems. Has good workflow tools from call to billing. Integrated time keeping.

Cons

It's a good thing. It has too many features. I don't use many of the apps' features. The interface appears dated.

Pros

It's a great value for the price we pay and whenever there is an issue with the system, our contact at EyeOnTask is quick to respond and either try to fix the issue or fix it.

Cons

There are times when the system is being updated and it goes down but we are not notified beforehand to be prepared for it.

During the set up phase, the support team were always on hand. I've had the odd "how to" interactions with support and they have responded promptly with definitive answers or come back quickly when they have had to check with develops.

Pros

Fresh, clean look, strong reporting, attentive support team and willing to listen to suggestions, which have been implemented. Clean clinet reports and good automation. Great for managing teams

Cons

The web portal is strong but needs a revisit. At time of writing, the web portal is version 0.0

My overall experience with EyeOnTask has been very positive. The software is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and makes managing field service operations much more efficient. Scheduling jobs, tracking technicians, and sending invoices have become much faster and more organized. The mobile app is especially helpful for field staff and has made communication smoother

The mobile app is especially helpful because it allows technicians to access job details, update tasks, and collect signatures while onsite — even without internet access. This has helped save time, reduce paperwork, and keep everyone on the same page. The support team is also responsive and willing to customize features when needed, which makes the experience even better.

Cons

One improvement I would like to see is in the receipt and payment tracking process. Currently, when a payment is received, the system does not generate a proper receipt with a unique reference or accessible receipt number. This makes it difficult for our accounting team to track and reconcile payments efficiently. Adding an automatic, numbered receipt feature would greatly enhance the accounting workflow and make the system even more complete.

customer service response time is long, some time set up of software are miss aline, job card have some extra gaps so can not set job card on 1 page if report is long

I have had a very positive impression employing EyeOnTask at my company. The possibility to work with quotations of services, authorized workers and viewing the client’s stock was a great addition to the way we work.

Pros

With the help ofEyeOnTask, I was able to see my field teams traveling between sites and prevent time loss. It was effective to use the job creation-to-completion pipeline daily; I was delighted by how fast we could assign and track tasks.

Cons

One thing I could not see was the absence of notifications to help when a worker deviated from a route or failed to check-in. Often, I had to follow up with my responses which was time-consuming when many customers are requesting my attention.

Pros

Inventory management has been effective in terms of giving real-time availability of stock and their whereabouts by using the EyeOnTask. Features like the low stock alerts and that gives the interconnectivity with the purchase orders have helped us in minimizing the times we run out of stock.​

Cons

Some of these areas include the inability to update several records belonging to the inventory items at once. This has been particularly the case during the inventory audit time or when changes in the price have had to be made.

Pros

Ease of use and set up. My colleague from field technicians to the schedulers to the managers have no issue using the platform after 10 mins orientation.

Cons

Integration to more popular ERP is critical such as MS Dynamics but currently no means to do it now as far as I know.

### "No paper work any more!"

It helped us to get rid of all paperwork and move it all to digital. We saved a lot of time and money. We can now schedule recurring jobs ahead and assign them to field worker’s calendar. Our field workers love the app which they find very friendly to use. The update between the administrator pc and the app is instantly which makes the communication between the administrator and the field workers more efficient. Whenever we needed some help, the Eyeontask support team was more than willing to help us.

Pros

The software has a very responsive and easy to use interface and app. With the newly added calendar feature, we can now plan and manage our field workers day ahead of time. The software has more than enough features to use, like collecting payment on the field, track the service history, customer electronic signature, job time tracker, quotes and estimates, billing and invoicing, dispatching and more..

Cons

Maybe the inventory module needs some extra features but we don’t really use it for now.

Makes projects run smoothly and efficiently. Easy to track down finances and Clientele data.

Pros

Ease of use and it's interface is simple to use

Cons

The only option that is not there and would be helpful is the option to have inside jobs. Tasks that are to be done by management or the inside team that doesn't involve sales or customers. For example our advertising team could plan a new strategy for marketing and that tasks has to be put down in order for management to track the progress.

Pros

Excellent product and the team is cooperative and accomodates the changes / enhancements requested as and when required. The system is very well designed and has most of the features required to keep an eye on the pending tasks and the field worker who is assigned the task.

Cons

Managing orders is still not upto the mark as required by us, but as such that is not our core requirement too. We take any orders received and make a task for the same. But having a full functioning order management along with tracking of the orders and where abouts would be like the iceing on the cake.
