Great system, we have been using it for a year now and we could easily adjust and integrate with our system, customer service is fast and very helpful!

Pros

Customer service, fast, no down time, it has most of the features we need and in addition to it the platform is easy to use and safe.

Cons

All is good, nothing to complain, whenever there is something that needs to be improved we point out and the team solves it.

Amazing, overall it is one of the best platforms I have used so far through tm career. Overall it allows me to stay organized.

Pros

It is easy to use, easy to train on, and allows users to feel comfortable when using it. I find it easy to teach when I am training others.

Cons

Customer service takes longer than usually. Some features can be improved on. Other users have expressed that it can freeze.

Cons

There are not that many cons about EyeOnTask. I think the one thing to improve would be to allow it to be more customizable.

EyeOnTask has made it easy for us to transition from presenting quotations to creating invoices to our clients. Having the features for template customization and receiving the client approvals within the interface has helped reduce the time it takes to bill.​

Cons

Some hitches have been observed in the process of converting approved quotations to jobs, and this has always led to adjustments manually. This interrupts the otherwise consecutive processes and requires extra verification.​

I have had a very positive impression employing EyeOnTask at my company. The possibility to work with quotations of services, authorized workers and viewing the client’s stock was a great addition to the way we work.

Pros

With the help ofEyeOnTask, I was able to see my field teams traveling between sites and prevent time loss. It was effective to use the job creation-to-completion pipeline daily; I was delighted by how fast we could assign and track tasks.

Cons

One thing I could not see was the absence of notifications to help when a worker deviated from a route or failed to check-in. Often, I had to follow up with my responses which was time-consuming when many customers are requesting my attention.

Pros

I’ve tried other software companies and I prefer EyeOnTask because it’s user friendly, easy to set up and inexpensive compared to others.

Cons

Initially, it was hard to get through to customer service but once I spoke with someone my issue was resolved.

Inventory management has been effective in terms of giving real-time availability of stock and their whereabouts by using the EyeOnTask. Features like the low stock alerts and that gives the interconnectivity with the purchase orders have helped us in minimizing the times we run out of stock.​

Cons

Some of these areas include the inability to update several records belonging to the inventory items at once. This has been particularly the case during the inventory audit time or when changes in the price have had to be made.

His value - quality relationship is one of the best, I check almost all on capterra and some software has an astronomical price, probably was better but don’t have the budget and not match the investment to a department that only generates expenses on some companies (field service support if very difficult to monetise).

Cons

Difficult to configure and understand some modules, like customer portal, or contracts, or actives and personal equipment because customer equipment and personal equipment is configured on the same place.

Cons

The mobile application needs more updates as it mostly works but because android and apple can use it, it can become buggy.

Excellent price-performance ratio. It includes almost all of the features and functions that our operations need at a much lower cost than the rest of the applications. Setup cost $0. Very simple implementation. Very agile technical support always answers our questions.

Ease of use and set up. My colleague from field technicians to the schedulers to the managers have no issue using the platform after 10 mins orientation.

Cons

Integration to more popular ERP is critical such as MS Dynamics but currently no means to do it now as far as I know.

This software allows my company to employ new office workers and only have to train them on how to navigate eye on task. We have cut staff training times in half. As well as that I no longer bring my work home with me in the evenings. As the owner of the company I was always catching up on paperwork, but this product gives you your time back. Every job and associated detail is at the click of a button, no more running out of stock, no more office and field mistakes that cost time and ultimately money.

Pros

This software is so well made for the service industry you can tell the correct research was carried out. It is overall quite simple to get working for your company. No more unorganised job schedules or trailing through emails looking for field documents, and most importantly the customer can be invoice before the field team even leave the job.

Cons

So far I am very happy with the software, there are some small things that need to be updated for my country but when I find something that needs attention I get in touch with the eyeontask team to suggest a certain addition and so far they have taken it on board and the changes are made.

There's nothing I don't like about this, I have tried a lot of systems including very popular ones, this is by far the best and the price was an added bonus.

There's nothing I dislike about this, it's done everything that we needed which was hard to find in other systems on the market

One of the challenges we faced as a company was being able to provide historical data relating to work done for clients in the past, images to verify last known state, and providing reports to the client in a timely manner. Using EOT, we were able to take a process which would normally take a day or two to prepare, and break it down to a few minutes. We are now able to immediately send clients reports as well as invoices for work done along with fieldworker comments and photographic evidence via a pdf file. You can also choose which images are sent and include links in your report, all within minutes of a job being completed by the technician.

Program has been amazing. Aside from being so affordable, it is packed with so many features that makes my job a lot easier. Support team has been very helpful... Any time I had any issue or question, they were always there to help, always listened to my feedback. I've tried so many other programs before picking Eye on Task, and I am very happy to have stumbled upon it. Hands down the best option out there. I'm very surprised they aren't at the top with the highest and most reviews. Highly recommend to everyone.

How affordable it is and how support always listens to their customers.

Cons

The date format. But they just fixed the issue so I'm a happy camper now :)
