Telling my employee how many hours they have help them stay on track. Pros I can fine out the hours of my employee quickly. When schedule I can see what hours I have and where to use them more effectively Cons Sometime it slow and I have to use Google or it won't work. Pros Simple guide that assists department managers to complete their department schedules. Daily labor check that monitors previous days results and includes a week to date total of consumed hours; including an approaching overtime report. Cons There is nothing regarding this software that is not to like, simple to use. Pros I like that Hotel Effectiveness is easy to use. Also it is a great way to keep track of late arrivals and absent employees Cons Hotel Effectiveness is a great software with hardly any dislikes. Only thing I would comment on is for a faster way to remove a past employee from the scheduler. Pros I enjoy how easy and simple this software is! There are so many useful features as well! I also love that customer service is always excellent! Cons I have an issue with over night punches going into a single day. This causes complications for holiday pay. It takes a lot of time to review to make sure everyone is getting paid correctly.
