Before Reportei I would spend hours taking screenshots of Facebook and Instagram metrics, then I would organize it all in a Power Point presentation. Now I can do it with just a few clicks! I use the link they provide and send to my clients, they can understand in an ease and fast way.

Pros

Reportei is very simple and easy to use, just a few clicks and you can set up and entire social media analysis for your client. The graphics are very informative and dynamic.

Cons

The Facebook & Instagram ads analysis is not so great, it gets a little confusing for my clients. Too many numbers for them! Maybe a simplified version would suit them best. They just want to know where they money is going.

Gosto bastante do Reportei, mas alguns dados divergem dos mostrados em outras plataformas, o que sempre deixa o usuário com a dúvida: qual delas está correta?

Facilidade de utilizar e interface amigável.

Cons

Preço um pouco salgado, se comparado a outros produtos que oferecem relatórios em adição ao agendamento de postagens, já que o Reportei oferece apenas a função de relatórios e análise de dados.

The software is extremely easy to use. The software allows you to setup notification reports 24-48 hours after you send an email campaign to understand key metrics.

Cons

It would be an improvement if the software gave you pre-made templates to edit. There are a few but not as many as you would find in alternatives.

Reason for choosing Reportei

There was a deal on appsumo that allow me to try the product with a refund policy. I enjoyed using the software that I opted to keep it.

Facilidade de mexer na ferramenta, é muito intuitiva e facil de mexer e personalizar os relatórios

Cons

Começamos ha pouco tempo então estamos gostando bastante o que tem feito pra nós aqui na agencia. Talvez o fator de ter que logar novamente as redes sociais em alguns clientes para sincronizar com a plataforma, mas isso se deve a API eu acho.

Excelente. Fácil de adicionar novas contas e fácil de gerar os relatórios. Hoje em dia é o que mais precisamos facilidade e rapidez.

Pros

Eu comecei a usar o REPORTEI faz pouco tempo, mas estou plenamente satisfeita. Tenho uma Agência Digital e em alguns pacotes incluímos o envio de relatório para os clientes. Relatórios uteis gerados em segundos. É um ótimo investimento para qualquer profissional da área de Marketing Digital, ou até mesmo um empresário que quer se aprofundar nas métricas de suas Redes Sociais. Outra coisa que gostei bastante é que tem outras plataformas como YT...ainda não testei mas gostei muito!

Cons

O produto é completamente funcional. Um ponto de melhoria, poderiam colocar a quantidade de descurtidas da página e quem foram esses seguidores, é bom saber se estamos segmentando corretamente tanto no ganho quanto na perda de seguidores. Mas é um detalhe.

Pros

Reportei is simple enough to give you a nice summary of what's happening on your social media. The info collected in these platforms is put in a infographic that is beautiful and shows in a visual way what you have accomplished.

Cons

The worst part is that Reportei doesn't have a free plan (even a limited one). For my company would be better to show some consistent work throughout some time before I could convince my superior to buy it.

I love the custumer support. Everytime I find myself questioning either to use one or another feature, i ask the support team who rappidly answers me.

Cons

I took a while untill the report for the customer´stories was set, I had to do it by my self till then.
