Found 127 good candidates already. Used to waste so much time hunting for contact info and half of it would bounce. Now everything just works. The AI actually understands what I'm looking for too, which is refreshing. Best part is being able to search across companies and export everything in a format I can actually use. Worth every penny. It’s rare to find software that’s this powerful but still feels easy to use. For a startup like ours, it’s been exactly what we needed. Pros Recruitly has been such a big help for our startup. What really stands out is having everything we need in one place, especially latest WhatsApp integration, and the built-in marketing tools. The tools will work perfectly for our small recruiting firm's needs. We have yet to use it long-term term but it has all the functionality that we were looking for in an ATS. Easy to use and understand as well. Pros We are just up and running with Recruitly and the team has been more than helpful! They have helped us work through some start-up kinks and have been a helpful resource as we get acquainted with the software. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been wonderful to work with and very responsive. Cons Nothing has been a red flag to us yet. So far it seems to be a great solution for our recruiting needs.
