The AI is amazing matching candidates on your database to your jobs. Pros Really great system that records all my applicants and easily tracks them along the job application process. Great way to record leads and canvass for new business and to keep contacts and clients records. Cons CV boolean word search to find suitable candidates on the system - I haven't really mastered the art of that yet. Reason for choosing Recruitly simple interface, I didn't want an over complicated system and this is user friendly, good price and fully comprehensive - I am getting more use out of it than I expected - great for automated and scheduled responses and templates - really easy to use. March 12, 2019 5.0 Recruitly has made a huge difference to our recruitment process. It manages internal/external applications really well and it has a very strong CV parsing tool. The most stand out benefit has been the Recruitly team, they offer an amazing level of support. Pros We decided to try Recruitly as it seemed to be well priced and offer a good level of features. It has been a very pleasant surprise to find that it is a very powerful piece of software with an impeccable level of support. Since signing up more features and tweaks have been added to increase its utilisation. Cons It has not quite got the feature list of some other software but these are usually fancy gimmicky extras and are not always needed. Used to waste so much time hunting for contact info and half of it would bounce. Now everything just works. The AI actually understands what I'm looking for too, which is refreshing. Best part is being able to search across companies and export everything in a format I can actually use. Worth every penny. Pros I love the ease of use, REAL customization, the use of AI is outstanding, the integration with email, customer support, sourcing, very easy to track and contact candidates, LLM integrations as they literally thought of EVERYTHING! Iphone app coming within a few weeks. The way they lay out contact and candidates record keeping is 10/10! Cons I really can't think of anything but if I am being picky, integration and Zoom phone/sms would be icing on the cake.
