The team at Recruitly are friendly and responsive. They are on hand to help with anything that we need.
We especially appreciate the great support and proactivity from the whole Recruitly Team, who constantly thrives to make the tool even better and match client needs.
Thank you to our Account Manager who is super supportive, approachable and helpful every time. Great tech support too, quick and efficient.
The best thing however has been how responsive the sales and development teams have been to requests and recommendations for improvement.

Overall: A fantastic combined ATS and CRM that is easy to navigate and has every function I need and more. I'm still discovering all the tools that will help my business to grow and develop. The training modules are a great help and customer service is good.

Overall: Fantastic from start to finish! The service was incredible as soon as we reached out even though we were just a small business. Someone was always there to help but it was rare we needed them to as everything works so well and efficiently.
Pros: The user experience is so efficient! It is so clean and easy to navigate I honestly don't think there is a better recruitment platform out there.
Cons: Nothing! If there was ever something I was unsure about, someone at Recruitley would come back to me within minutes on the chat.

Overall: Very positive. A solid product backed by people who are passionate about the service they provide.
Pros: The team at Recruitly are friendly and responsive. They are on hand to help with anything that we need. They are regularly rolling out new features, and genuinely act on user feedback to improve the system. The system itself is powerful and intuitive, allowing for pretty much any way of working.
Cons: We had some initial teething problems and a few issues when we joined, but they were resolved in quite short order. The email marketing system could be integrated a bit more cohesively into the wider database system.

Pros: The support is second to none and the features that they are constantly introducing means that our business stays ahead of the curve. It's very customisable so we managed to fit it around our workflow processes.

Overall: Excellent experience with the team and the platform from day one. Natural teething issues all quickly managed by the team. Couldn't be happier.
Pros: Recruitly is an intuitive platform, which is easy to navigate and learn to use. This is helped greatly by the scalability of the platform for each user - so that I can choose what I want to see and functions which I don't yet need to see. The same can be said for the impressive level of 3rd party integration support, which allows users to work seamlessly with other tools. But probably the best part about working with Recruitly is the team/support, which is very responsive and helpful; esp. during those initial few weeks of getting up and running, when you need them the most. Lastly, one of the thing that I really like about this platform if that the team are constantly seeking to improve it (even in little ways), so that functionality and useability are always at the heart of the platform.

Overall: very good - tricky at the start but now i am on it all day every day and rely on it massively.
Pros: Really great system that records all my applicants and easily tracks them along the job application process. Great way to record leads and canvass for new business and to keep contacts and clients records.

Overall: I've used lots of different systems over the years in several businesses. There are always pros and cons and my wish list grew the length of my arm for the "perfect system" that I thought just didn't exist. Then I stumbled upon recruitly and have been blown away since the day I switched over. Not only did it tick every single box I wanted on day one, but they regularly add features that are so beyond my expectations from any system. Just when I think it can't get any better, there's a new notification letting me know the latest addition to the system and every time I can't help but say "wow!". They are just blowing me away with their level of commitment and service to their customers. They listen and know exactly what we want and need, sometimes before we even do. Any question I have is answered in record speed and when I was having an issue with my website and integrating the job board, the team took my website and completely transformed it. They literally created a new website for me, modelled off my original website, making it a seamless transition and super simple for me to update. To top it off? The price!! My word... I cannot believe the features and service I get for such a competitive price. I am so happy with my choice to go with a provider that I can trust 100% with my business, that I can use heavily and rely on in a fast paced industry. Overall: I needed to implement a reliable system to manage a client project where I will need my finger on the pulse for a wide range of difficult jobs and some high volume roles too. There is always concern when taking responsibility for a critical project but I have peace of mind over anything involving the ATS because I've worked with the Recruitly team several times now and their support is second to none.
Pros: This is an incredibly quick system to implement and already has integrations with the go to Job Boards that I use. It can be integrated with email in seconds and the job portal can be live on a website in literally minutes too with the use of a shortcode (for wordpress). It's taken me a matter of days to decide my workflow for this project, get a job board live on a careers micro site and begin processing applications.
Cons: I use data a lot to manage recruitment projects - I can never have too much and sometimes feel with an online licensed product not quite enough - but that would be true of any SaaS solution. The Recruitly team have accommodated all of my requests when it comes to reporting so this is not a complaint.

Overall: We have so far found the customer service team to be extremely attentive and the overall ease of use very strong. We have already seen a big increase in productivity in that we can add candidates more efficiently and organise them more easily. We have also been able to better manage our sales pipeline through the leas and opportunity functions. Recruitly were also able to move data over from our old CRM without much of an issue.
Pros: Recruitly was chosen on the basis of its solid integration with our website but also because of the scalability of possibilities and ease of customisation to adapt to our requirements. The integration is the biggest positive given now we can easily manage candidates all from via one system further allowing us to communicate better and provide a more streamlined and positive experience for all who interact with us.
Cons: We have yet to find anything majorly negative. There have been a number of things to change in order to adapt to how we do things but this would have been the case with any CRM and overall changing aspects has been straightforward.

Overall: Overall, the software meets our needs for now and helps with the processes. It's easier to find the candidates CVs, easy to communicate with them through the system. I particularly enjoyed using marketing tools and would like to explore more options.

Overall: A great team who try and adapt the software to cover everything you need. Always on hand to help, very patient, polite, professional and intelligent.
