Pros

This is really good product, it has increased my business Leads to 200% within a very short time , it provides integration with slack which is also a very good benefit of using it.

Cons

everything is great for it, I have not found any concerns in it.

Pros

1\. I was able to crank up leads from my website with the same amount of traffic with this Live Chat software. 2. Automating conversations is easy. You just edit an online spreadsheet and it is converted into a chatbot. 3. The chatbot can send SMS, create call conferences, which we can use to connect with agents that are out there in the field. 4. The chats come into our Official Slack, which helps my entire team (you can select who to invite) engage with the leads.

Cons

1\. The UI can be improved upon. I found the documentation a little confusing, but the support team helped me navigate through it.
