Executive Pastor Religious Institutions Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Saves Churches a TON of Money!" January 15, 2020 5.0 VERY PLEASED! They serve the church, and they save the church a great deal of money. It's a deal you can't refuse. Pros They predicted we would save about $15,000 per year in credit card fees. We are on track to do that. Their customer service is responsive and helpful. Cons Sometimes you have to talk to a My Well rep and sometimes you have to talk to a TransNational (parent company) rep. Some features will be limited by the 3rd party software you use for integration. We use TouchPoint and had to force them to write some new code to make the payments work the way we wanted. In addition to saving us money on our transactions (which is critical for all non-profits), the level of their customer service and the ease of use of their platform are top notch. Pros My Well Ministry is a non-profit, like our organization. They save us money on each transaction we process. Moving from a previous My Well gateway to their newest platform was a breeze. November 16, 2022 4.0 Appreciate that MyWell is a nonprofit as we are. Their cost is very good. They have an excellent support staff. Their help line responds within a reasonable amount of time and if they don't have the answer, they get back to you quickly. Pros Users of the giving interface tell me that it is easy to use. Cons the reporting structure for the donations is not robust. The administrator needs to do some manipulation of date to get the needed information. Review Source ST Seth T. If you want competent and reliable service, call My Well Ministry! Pros The best return for our investment. Integration with Rock RMS. Extremely competitive pricing. Cons The integration process required input from MyWell, Rock RMS, and us. It is sometimes difficult to get everyone together at the same time. Once all parties connected the transition ran smoothly. Some of the in-process features sound exciting as well. Pros The platform is easy to use for givers and admin. Their customer support is extremely helpful in the setup process. It makes it easy for givers to manage their giving and set up giving schedules. The user experience is very straightforward, which is great for givers that want to give online but may not be the most technical. Cons In the giver migration, you can only use one email per giver. So, if a giver has used multiple emails in the past to give on a previous platform, whoever is creating the import file has to guess at the email that is most used for the user. It's a small issue, but wanted to note it. I brought this up in our final onboarding meeting and the rep was understanding of the difficulty. They were very responsive and supportive in getting MyWell going at our church. Cons Nothing comes to mind. There is a learning curve for people as they begin using it, but that is to be expected. Cons Some of the features are not customizable but they are on the list. Reason for choosing My Well Ministry National Christian Foundation was no longer able to support our needs.
