Comments: The help website is minimally helpful. Many dead end links and information presented in a roundabout fashion. If you would rather find your answers online, this is not the product for you. ALSO, when calling tech support, do not tell them your problem until they redirect you to a Business VoiceEdge specialist. The regular support staff cannot help you.

Pros: I like the Be Anywhere feature once it is set up right. You will likely need tech support's help for this. I also like the auto attendant, which was the main reason we upgraded. After hours, our calls are screened, which has been a real time saver.

Cons: This was sold to us as user friendly. Far from it! Getting it set up was a nightmare, from the actual hardware required to the functioning of the portals. The team of four people who came to set it up initially did it wrong, so we spent hours with tech support trying to rectify that. As far as the portal and app are concerned, it seems that nothing is straightforward on our end. It definitely takes much more training than you would expect. Be prepared to spend time on the phone with tech support.

Comments: In a time of tech advancement, it is disappointing to find a system that is not intuitive. Functionality is poor. Data is lost consistently - software crashes occur on a daily basis. There seems to be no desire from the tech support to upgrade or make the necessary improvements.

Pros: Customized to the Christian Retail Industry. Connect to our vendors and has much of the industry's inventory built into the system which can reduce startup time.

Cons: Old - out of date - very poor service. Typically takes 24 hours to receive tech support. The issues are enourmous. We have lost sales on several occasions as a result of this out dated software.

Pros: This is very much a basic, entry level EHR system that covers you for all of your meaningful use, standard of care, and proper documentation. It is also very affordable, which makes it a great choice for smaller clinics that are worried about the large burden of paying for EHR.

Cons: Although they offer a lot of services that are usually pretty costly, none of the services besides billing work extremely well. The patient portal is a great add on in theory, but when the portal doesn't work with safari or on any mobile devices, it alienates a very large portion of patients that would otherwise use it and may even become more of a headache than an asset.

Recommendations to other buyers: You need to gauge how much efficiency is worth to you. This software is actually pretty good aside from the fact that it is inefficient and even things like payments and application of payments takes three or four screens and clicks to accomplish. For smaller offices, keeping overhead is more important. For larger offices, being able to do lightning fast work may be more important.

Comments: None better.

Pros: I have been a user of Webroot for over ten years. Compete security of my computers. Regular scans with easy removal of threats. In today's world the volume of passwords, and need for updating can create additional workload and stress. Webroot makes this challenge simple and manageable. Here in is a key benefit beyond the cyber security provided.

Cons: I have been a long term user and updates occasionally present challenges. That said, it is easy and quick to get resolution of questions and problems.

Comments: Good for quick queries.

Pros: Infomaker is a product that can easily be learned. It has sort of a step by step process for people who are not intimately familiar with data points.

Cons: If you want to do anything really difficult or combine a lot of tables or do unions or nested reports, this could be a little cumbersome to the average user.

Pros: Loaded with features to customize the look, manage the chat sessions, including scheduling and some automation.

Cons: I'm at a small organization, answering an average of 1-2 chat sessions per month myself, but this product has exceeded expectations.
