Pros
Their system is a powerful marketing driver through surveys that are easy to carry out and propagate. I love every result of each campaign launched.
It has been perfect for creating accounts quickly and propagating it through emails with great, very useful functions to use and give a better result to each campaign.
Cons
It's quite hard to understand at first although it's not that hard.
More integrations or at least integration with Zapier. Survey embedding on own website may not be display well.

Overall: It saves me a lot of time in carrying out surveys due to its pre-designed templates where I can customize them and ask the question much faster.
Pros: Although the majority of users use ResponseSuite for marketing surveys, I give it another, more educational use, I carry out survey activities through ResponseSuite and it has worked quite well with my students because it is a very simple platform to use and easy to explain the response process, at the end of each survey process that I carry out, it generates an analysis of results where I can have extensive knowledge of the responses with the highest and lowest index. We also use it for large-scale projects where we need to know satisfaction or knowledge indices in an educational environment.
Cons: I understand that it is a platform for marketing surveys but my use is different, I would like them to have a more economical plan

In reality, the effort that has to be made to create them and keep track of them is very minimal. It has integrations that make it even easier to take marketing to another level
Cons: I feel satisfied with all the service received, there is nothing that fails during each survey process

Pros: ResponseSuite looks promising just wish it was a bit easier to use but looks like the team is active and more than willing to add more features so I am keeping my eye out on Them! I am optimistic they will do just fine though, We'll see. So far I rather use Aidaform for the time being as its much easier to use at the moment.

Pros: It has a unique design to create surveys that are easier and, above all, more innovative to answer without being boring so that clients answer everything until the end. By collecting responses, the data can be exported to other platforms to boost marketing.
Cons: I would like them to improve customer service a little more, to be more precise with the answers they send so that I don't have to contact them more than three times for the same question.

Pros: It is a platform that with drag and drop you can easily customize the surveys and make it look great to have valuable answers that help understand the needs of our customers, I really like it because you can do it with videos and images that they improve the appearance so that it is not boring to answer, prices are cheap and their customer service is precise and always friendly
Cons: It has worked perfectly since the day it started to be used and if I have had questions with the customer service support they have quickly solved my concerns
