Pros

Excellent delivery rate for website and web application emails. Excellent documentation for API and resources.

Cons

No free plan to try out. Need to have knowledge in IT for development to set things up.

### "Be careful of autorenewal trap!"

So the renewal kicks in automatically. No email is sent that renewal will kick in. You are expected to remember that there is 30 days notification required. So the payment is taken, I then cancel, realise I do not use this service. SMPT says because you did not give us 30 days notice we will charge you for a whole year. I have canceled as not using it! SMPT enjoy 11 months of my money when I'm not even using it!

Pros

The service is good when you have need of it. But they trap you with autorenewal.

Cons

Poor service if you want to leave SMTP. Just just cite you did not give 30 days notice. Go elsewhere.

### "Good and Affordable service"

Pros

If you are looking for good and affordable service, then you are at the right place compare to other operator, they daily change the shared IP's, so that you can get good deliverability to inbox.

Cons

Currently do not face any issue otherwise i might have updated

### "Good but not perfect"

Deliverability is really quite good - and this is always number one for me. However, if someone has a limited budget, they probably will find other services on the market with similar parameters for a lower price (or better services for the same price). I did just that.

Pros

SMTP.com is a solid brand, a mature company with a stable position. Its biggest advantages are definitely good email deliverability (although not perfect).

Cons

The amount of features is as expected, but setup is not so easy. The interface is often confusing and somewhat dated. It's worth to do something with it, dear SMTP.com :)

### "Does not work - Wasted Money"

Customer service was bad. Implementation was difficult. Cost is expensive. Delivery is not reliable.

Pros

absolutely nothing. waste of my time and money.

Cons

I was with this company for almost a year and all of my emails went into junk folders. I have other emails with other providers and the success rate was so much better. I never sent out more than 50 emails a week, so it was ridiculous that SMTP servers were sending my emails to junk. When I asked for guidance, their help team said I should address my emails with "Mr. or Mrs.". That's how clueless this company is. Americans don't use that salutation.

### "Difficulty Cancelling Service with SMTP.com"

The setup process was straightforward, and the monthly subscription fee is reasonable for the service provided.

Cons

Canceling your SMTP.com subscription can be challenging. You can't cancel through the portal or email

### "Good but Costly Service "

If your business depends more on the transactions emails with huge customer base then I would recommend SMTP

Pros

SMTP is an good service with high deliverability for the transitional emails. They also provide the sandbox for the students and startups. As the have an high security measure for the account holders, it help to keep our sending server clean

Cons

Seems too costly in comparison with any other email relay service providers
