### "Power diary is perfect!"

I had a couple of issues early on but the support team fixed them promptly and couldn't be more helpful with any inquiry that I have had.

Pros

The decline in missed appointments thanks to the automated SMS system

Cons

At the start it was the note taking ability but since signing up it has evolved into the easiest notes to record

### "Power Diary- an easy to use program"

Pretty good, I haven't had time to familiarise myself with all aspects.

Pros

Help is there if you need it. It is easy to use, pretty straight forward. can do a lot with it.

Cons

The inability to be able to write your letters and reports using your own address logo. That changes happen so frequently and aren't always described The fact that you can't generate a list of clients that have not attended since 3 months ago fact that it doesn't have the capacity to send letters to medical practitioners through the system.

Pros

Autosave notes function, online bookings, cloud based

Cons

Reports. Lacks easily accessed simple data or graphs for common reports. Everything seems to need to be downloaded to excel, manipulated and then hopefully you find what you want. Unuser friendly and very time-consuming.

Pros

Really straight forward, well thought out, excellently implemented product. Has everything I need in a logical place.

Cons

Pricing tiers, it's hard for a growing practice with lots of casual clinicians to keep costs under control.

Overall having the automated reminder system saves me a lot of time confirming appointments for the next day which is what I most appreciate. Then it’s the ability to access power diary at various locations (as it’s in the cloud).Health

Pros

The calendar with automated text reminders to patients. Also the ability to keep statistical data about appointments and payments (with invoices and receipts sent via email).

Cons

Difficulty uploading my stationary template, problems writing letters in the style I choose (it’s confusing).overall

It has been a good start so far, but I feel like it's missing a couple of key features that are standard in other software packages.

Pros

\- User interface - Easy appt reminders etc. - Lots of online support

Cons

\- No telephone support - Some lack of customisability (e.g. for session packs​ etc.) - Lack of editing options for clinical notes (e.g. bold, underlining, bullet points etc.)

We typically find we can help people more quickly and effectively online, but if there is something that is best managed via the phone, or via screenshare and a call together we certainly can do this too. - Damien

After 11 years with the company I guess you could definatly say I am satisfied.

Pros

The simplicity of adding patients and the daily diary was easily followed. The ability to add other practitioners if necessary. Everything was on one system. I also liked the continual upgrading and addition and how suggestions were taken seriously.

Cons

Initially I found it cumbersome adding referrers information but this has now been improved. I also required some assistance to work out the invoicing.

So far - poor, not only is the support not great, the client onboarding features are limited i.e. i wanted to collect address dob, etc, but the process to do this is very long winded.

Pros

The Telehealth feature - otherwise all other features are similar to other booking apps we have used previously.

Cons

The support, they are very keen to send you articles that only solve part of the issue rather than try to understand and trouble shoot with you. I am an active user who recently asked why my calendar didn't sync to google -i am now on email exchange number 17 and still no resolution - no way to run a business.

The customer service team are very responsive. There are often improvements made to the software, e.g. adding new features, which is also a bonus.

Pros

It is able to easily be customized for the way I run my practice. I also like that I can set up a receptionist account where they have the client details they need but do not have access to client notes

Cons

It is expensive. It was half price for the first year and now it is back to regular price. I am in private practice only one day a week but the software fee is still the same. The rest of my work is corporate. PowerDiary's monthly fee is six times the monthly fee of my other invoicing software.

Great that it can be accessed via phone, ipad, computer and I can see it anywhere !

Pros

Powerdiary is very colourful and has a great layout which makes it easy to use. I love how you can have different colours for different services. It makes organising my day 10x easier. I am also really impressed at some of the new features it has, such as letter templates.

Cons

They do make changes regularly to the layout or design. It can be hard to adjust when you are used to a certain way!

The software is incredibly user friendly, comprehensive and adds such value to my practices whilst reducing administrative hours and stress. The provision of customer service and support is of an exceptionally high quality.

There has been no problems or deficits with the software program.

Great! Wont be changing.

Pros

Good customer service. Quick and detailed replied. The online portal has saved me hours of admin. Easy to use. I find it user friendly. Multiple functions. I can do anything I want with all the functions.

Cons

I don't really like the 24 hour clock. I'd like to be able to import a client file into a pdf It would be great to have better financial functions. While it links to xero, it would be good if power diary had the basic recording of expenses that i have had with other programs. I'm currently having to use another psychology program for this.

I have used Power Diary for two years after setting up our practice from scratch. I found the package super easy and user friendly with loads of great features. I have recommended the program to another practice who have also started using it.

With Power Diary, I can clearly organize my appointments with all my clients, and set up payment plans specific to my clients. I can access the software from the web or from the app, and can use my phone, tablet, or laptop on this software at any time.

Pros

What I liked most about this software was the simple user interface. The software was easy to navigate from the beginning, and I didn't have to experience that many difficulties while using the software for the first time.

Cons

What I liked least about the software was the amount of features it contained. It would have been nice to have a bit more features in this software, and more customizable features, but since this software was very easy to use from the beginning, this isn't that big of an issue.

From the front end and the back end, it is straight forward and accessible to all

When updates and changes are made, and then having to relearn how to use it

I love that I can do everything in once place- diary, client info, billing and rebate processing (this is a big aspect of my business)

Cons

It would be great if there was an app I’m not very tech savvy, so having more accessible customer support would be great

Overall I find Powerdiary a helpful service to organise my notes and invoicing for my clients. I find it useful to be able to email invoices directly from the clients file.

Pros

Easy to keep track of client invoices and notes. Able to use on phone. Calendar syncs to google calendar.

Cons

Unable to change details on invoice versus receipt. Some difficulty finding the correct place to change details that appear on invoice.

Efficiency and time saving - especially with client communication and billing.

Pros

Communication options. Sending messages , reminders to clients Also, record keeping and invoicing. It has assisted me greatly to keep my patient notes and invoices etc organised.

Cons

Not able to automatically send different sms reminders. The cost is as I am a sole practitioner working part time.

Power Diary are very quick to respond to queries - I feel fully supported by the product. The reminder text that is originated from the e-diary has completely turned around my did-not-attends. The diary pays for itself in client attendance.

Pros

I have easy access to my diary within my phone - regardless of where I am.

Cons

There’s one step of saving the appointment that can cause the appointment to not be saved if I’m not careful.

Not good Attitude , service and support are well below average and this ruins the business.Diary is similar to Google so you could use Google free the same

Simple diary which is no different too Google in many ways.

Cons

Poor customer service appalling.If you need any support expect to wait at least 4 days for response. Then when they do you reply to the email and will take another 3 days for response to that... terrible
