“Excellent customer service and an evolving app”

OverallOverall, I've been extremely pleased with my Endtest experience. While the software may not be as mature as say, Quality Center, it's easy to use and customer support is outstanding. I've not found any issues that the product could handle.
ProsBiggest plus with Endtest is customer support, Support team is wonderful to work with, team is super responsive and always has a solution for my issues. As far as the product goes, it's very easy to pick up and create a automated test. The team at Endtest continues to evolve the software, adding new features and increasing the capabilities of the software.
ConsNeed some additional features to make navigating around the UI a little easier on the user. Would like to see additional DB's available (like Mongo). Would like a more formal method of letting customers know when new features are available and some documentation on how the feature work.

“A great tool for your QA team”

OverallWe've mainly been using EndTest for basic tests to ensure high-value pages and features are working on our site after code deploys. The video recordings of tests have been super helpful in locating where errors may be occurring if a test fails. Besides the features, the customer support is always top notch and personal.
ProsWe've mainly been using EndTest for basic tests to ensure high-value pages and features are working on our site after code deploys. The video recordings of tests have been super helpful in locating where errors may be occurring if a test fails. It's very helpful having access to multiple types of VMs so that our QA team can make sure everything works on all devices and browsers. The test cases in EndTest are easy to set-up and do not require advanced coding knowledge.
ConsNot much I can think of at the moment...

“Amazing Customer Service”

OverallIt's so helpful to have a fast, easy-to-use, reliable program to run our tests on.
ProsThe ease of use is the best feature of EndTest, but the customer service is absolutely stellar. Any questions I had (even if they were about automated testing in general and not specifically about EndTest) were quickly answered in great detail.
ConsThe only part of EndTest that is a bit difficult for us is the long wait times and the inability to predict the length of a test. However, I believe this is a general issue for automated testing.

“Enfocus”

OverallVery positive. We have implemented EndTest for almost a year now, and it already helped us quite a lot in preventing bugs to be released. Some developers were very reluctant to use the tool, but after a while, they clearly see the benefits. The tool proved its worth.
ProsThe fact that you don't need to be a developer to write tests and the ease of creating tests
Consno versioning on the tests and no conditionals.

“Easy to use, needs time to mature”

OverallOverall I love Endtest and will continue to work with them and provide my feedback regarding its feature set. Keep up the great work!
ProsI love that I can create and easily maintain a set of tests without any coding knowledge. The team at Endtest is also very quick to respond to queries and is also very helpful when confronted with complicated testing scenarios that cant be easily converted into simple test steps.
ConsBeing relatively new application there are a few tweaks that still need to be made to allow for easy maintenance. As an example, moving and creating new test steps and test cases can be cumbersome due to the "move" feature being a bit clunky.

“Gets the job done maybe, but we went with another”

ProsGreat multi-browser automated testing that boasts it's "powered by machine learning". Definitely less repetitive to write tests than in something like Selenium
ConsUI and overall value led to us buying something else. Customer support wasn't as effective as other product we were trialing.

OverallWe were able to get someone that was not technical to create end to end test for one of in house apps. Provided lots of reassurance
ProsYou do not need a developer to code selenium scripts

“Ease of Use and Functionality”

OverallSo far so good, if you could better scheduler with proper result viewing option, it would be the best.
ProsDifferent in-built functionalities which are available makes life easier for tester to create automation script. Any one with basic knowledge can create test-scripts.
ConsScheduler Functionality and Server time, It should sync with User's Local time so user can schedule his/her test according to local time so it saves time. Even as a pro users, sometime we ran out of resources so if you can scale it up it would be great.

“Keyword based automation tests”

OverallI've been using it for almost 2 months. You'll learn quick and you'll have a automation test suite in a few days. Support is great, they answer and solve problems very quick. You can export your test cases to python or executable files.
ProsVery easy to use, you can create execute schedule and backup you test suites. Support is very good and new features are release from time to time Is not expensive, and totally worth it. Web based, no need to install any app or soft.
ConsSome minor issues in the platform, but they are working on it.

“Endtest Review”

OverallAutomated testing with testers that have limited programming experience. API endpoints are essential to being able to operate.
ProsAutomated features, low-code interface, extensive features. Very quick responses.
ConsLong time to load sometimes. A little lackluster UI. I should be able to see more, but a lot of it is whitespace. Dragging elements around can be okay but if I have a long list of items it's really cumbersome.

“Simple easy way to get into testing”

OverallWe used EndTest to allow (non technical) people from various departments to be able to set up tests on areas of the website that matter to them which can then be set to run on an automated basis.
ProsEasy enough for non-developers to set up and run a test. This allows people in various roles to set up tests to automate the testing of features on the website that matter to them.
ConsCan be difficult to debug when setting up tests when compared to running something like headless Chrome locally.

“Great soft for (manual)TESTERS whose code skill is modest”

OverallAs a manual tester, it was the first straightforward soft which is handy and not frustrating (vs Katalon Studio for example). Customer support is awesome - never left alone so far.
ProsEase of use, great and simple UI. Runs great with different browsers.
ConsSomehow impossible element identification in Drupal 8 (dropdown-selection menus).

“Easy To Use”

OverallSupport is fast, helpful, and experienced. The platform is easy to use and predictable.
ProsVery easy to use, much easier than writing the tests yourself. We actually trained someone with no programming experience how to create functional tests which saved our developers a lot of time. The service works predictably every time.
ConsI haven't found any cons yet, the service keeps growing every time I look at it.

“Decent Option for Cross-Browser/Device Testing”

OverallOne division of our company does use this for testing of our public-facing website. My team and I mostly work on internal tools for the company's finance team. I was unable to see a compelling reason to use this over GhostInspector or Mabl, both of which seem better suited for functional testing. The wide variety of device/browser compatibility is impressive, but not strictly necessary for our particular business needs. I think if EndTest had action recording, that would be a different story.
ProsNavigation is intuitive and the page loads quickly to ensure a good work pace. Broad support for different browsers and devices. If statement support and database connection/querying is also nice.
ConsLack of in-browser action recording features, no option to export/import to/from Selenium or other popular frameworks. No option for global or suite-level variables, and test-level variables are not displayed in an easy to view UI.

“A good alternative to the the expensive testing solutions out there”

Pros- Much more affordable then the other leading testing platforms out there. - After a test has been run I can watch the video that was produced to make sure the test was ran correctly and to see what might have caused the test to fail. - Very easy to setup a test and get going.
Cons- The tests seem to run pretty slow sometimes. - The documentation is lacking.

OverallIt is good to document the tests and their results. when entering the company use this application to understand some cases of use
ProsIt is very easy to use, plan executions and see results, very intuitive in its interface. I think it's easy to get used to automate.
ConsI prefer to automate using code directly, it is possible to have more freedoms such as integrating bd, libraries and being able to design the tests

“Great, simple-to-use testing tool”

OverallWe are able to get some basic automated tests up and running to perform smoke testing and regression testing on our web application.
ProsI like the fact that it consisted of a very simple, easy-to-use web-based user interface, but also allowed for pretty complex test cases. The ability use of variables and write JavaScript makes for a very robust tool.
ConsThe documentation is good, but could be better to more fully give users examples to be able to use the tool to its fullest potential.

OverallVery bad UX and features, they have a support that don't bother to answer customer queries.
