"It is really a well structured application"
Pros: The best part is, it provides very useful tools to determine the values of your business and it works really well and realistically keeping in view the key aspects of your business. It also provides comprehensive collection of legal forms that I believe is the most important thing. They provide variety of legal templates to match the nature of your business.
Cons: Not really. Excellent application. I am very much happy using this app. It made me hassle free and secure.

"Good Tool if you are Looking to Sell Your Business"
Overall: A real highlight for me is the sellability advisor tool. It makes you think about a lot of the metrics in your business, how stable and, more importantly, sellable they are. There is also a very transparent weight tool below to show you what is more important. For me, this will also help with when I look to sell. Being honest, I can see with a little work and care, I could increase my value quickly with minimal changes and then increase my value for when I do look to sell. This value all came from the free version of the product. When I am looking to actively sell my company I will look at the pricing plans, but as of writing i’m still getting this organised. This tool therefore has given me a lot of short term value in figuring out how I improve my company in which areas in order to then sell it successfully soon.
Pros: The free version gives a lot of value, and helps in understanding what I need to do to sell my firm
Cons: The design isn't too good, it looks a little old fashioned, it would give me more confidence in the service if the design was better
