Pros: The integration with Whatsapp Business finally helped me to use Whatsapp as support channel to my clients assigning the chat to different support agents

Cons: Nothing special to complain about - the platform is extremly easy to set-up

Pros: I found Callbell by chance, wandering on the internet. I have a travel websites and I love the idea of all communications from WhatsApp / Facebook/ Instagram in the same place.

It's a super tool. My support/sales teams are enthusiastic about it.

Cons: No integration with Google+, it would be nice to have it.

Overall: With Callbell you will forgot the "zapping" around the different tabs or chrome.

My sales and support teams are much more efficient.
