Desde Ruta N, cuidamos tanto nuestra marca, como cada uno de los insumos que generamos para hablar de nosotros de cara a nuestros diferentes públicos. Para nosotros es esencial mantener un mismo lenguaje en nuestros diferentes canales y medios. Tenemos la confianza y la certeza que la CDM nos ayuda en ese objetivo, al entregar las credenciales a los diferentes públicos que necesiten relacionarse con nosotros, usándola como si todos uniéramos esfuerzos siendo guardianes de marca. De esta manera al proporcionar abiertamente este insumo, logramos que nuestra comunicación no pierda credibilidad, y tome el valor necesario como marca a la hora de usarla desde todos su espectros, a que haya un mismo lenguaje y que conceptualmente siga situándose en el nivel de importancia que hemos pretendido crear en la memoria colectiva de quienes se han cruzado con ella a lo largo de estos 11 años.

Pros

La facilidad y el manejo de la plataforma para subir, modificar, editar y poblar el contenido de la misma, la hace una excelente herramienta sobretodo cuando es necesario que varias personas con conocimiento o no sean capaces de interactuar con ella. Así que, que brinde la posibilidad de no ser desarrollador pero actuar como tal teniendo las herramientas, es definitivamente el pro más grande que poseen.

Cons

¿Cosas por mejorar? Siento que la integración en visibilización desde diferentes navegadores, como SAFARI por ejemplo, pero somos conscientes de que es algo fácil de solucionar.

La elección de CDM, está muy ligada a que CORPORATE llegó a nosotros como una consultora especializada en creación y gerencia de marca a nivel estratégico que necesitábamos para generar mayor identidad, y lograr crear lazos muy cercanos con nuestros diferentes públicos, de manera que no nos vieran distantes o que nos confundieran en nuestro quehacer. En los diferentes talleres, workshops y cafés se creó la estrategia en identidad corporativa y todas las definiciones que conllevan a que hoy mantengamos una relación estrecha con ellos, motivando la elección de compra del servicio que nos ofrecen para gestionar nuestra propia marca desde la virtualidad, sin el temor de que se mal use.

Pros

The design and adaptability is great. To be able to customize the platform to meet your brand guidelines is a plus. The navigation and content upload is very intuitive and easy to navigate, they have a great support team that is always ready to solve any questions you have. Overall, the platform meets todays standards in terms of usability, design and support.

Cons

sometimes when the internet connection it's slow, the platform fails.

It helped us navigate a complex rebranding with success, ensuring that our refreshed identity is consistent accross all touchpoints. It makes it easy to share our guidelines and assets with our multiple subsidiaries. It allowed us to save time instead of a costly in-house development.

We finally have one single version of our brand book that is always updated and approved. We can add new guidelines as our strategy evolves. Our teams, providers and subsidiaries accross the continent have instant access to our brand assets
