I’ve been facing persistent issues with barcode printing, but no one has been able to resolve it. The app also hangs frequently, making it very frustrating to use during business hours. I have wasted my money and 7 months efforts expecting to make the App better and to use it. But nothing happened yet and I have decided to STOP using. Better to choose some software, where customization available. Some illogical features are there in their app which they are never correcting. For Example :- ITEM NAME DISPLAY ON PRINT PAGE is mandatory. And there is no logic of making it mandatory. I have made multiple request and they are not listening at all.
