Billing and reporting are very smooth and reminders for payment help me get paid on time the security and speed of the app are good for daily use.

Vyapari is best for anyone looking for easy building and accounting I recommend it for small business owners.

Pros

Mobile and desktop version was great invoice sharing through WhatsApp means I get Quicker payments dashboard shows everything about sales stocks and building clearly.

Cons

New users need some time to understand all the features more help videos inside the app would be useful.

Vyapar gives me piece of mind my invoices and GST returns are accurate and app keeps everything clean and simple for my shop.

Pros

Easy business management with with billing GST, inventory and expensive tracking all in one dashboard it is simple for my staff and new user to learn quickly.

Cons

Some paid features are not needed by small business owners but could help as the business grows more training guides would be helpful

Pros

Vyapar is easy to use for GST Billing and helps me track sales expenses and stock every day. It works well both on my phone and computer, making my work faster and more accurate.

Cons

This version has enough features for simple GST billing But growing businesses may want more features.

Vyapar is a perfect accounting app for shop owners like me.It is affordable and helps me manage everything from billing to stock to taxes day after day.

Pros

Gst billing is much faster now and I can send invoices directly through whatsapp.The app is use of friendly simple for my team and customer care is very responsive.Whenever I raise a query.

Cons

There should be more invoicing format options and sometimes reminders get delayed and best app for small businesses like me.

Before Vyapar, I used notebooks for accounts. Now, everything is digital, and I save time and find old transactions easily.

Pros

Adding repair details and customer info is easy. Billing for GST is simple, and I can track all payments.

Cons

The app sometimes loads slowly after updates. Definitely good but sometimes facing this problem please resolve it

There's no offline support team available either. I’ve been facing persistent issues with barcode printing, but no one has been able to resolve it. The app also hangs frequently, making it very frustrating to use during business hours. On top of that, the WhatsApp invoice feature is broken — bills are always sent as blank files.

Pros

Support and performance need serious improvement. As of now, not reliable for regular business use..

Cons

Very disappointed with the Vyapar app and its support. There’s no proper solution provided even after 1–2 hour-long phone calls

now the app not same liek before , customer service become too poor and they have some data glitches . please aware of it i w as using since 5 years and suddenly i ahev losten data and there was mis matchign in teh previous entries . its all happends auto that we cannot figer our where the issue happends. directly from system after. they are not responsibel and not answering the messages

I’m tired of begging for service, especially when it pertains to wanting to give them money to subscribe.

Pros

I think it has promise, but I guess I’ll never find out. Absolutely zero help in answering the most basic questions. I’m trying to subscribe with a phone number, and having problems with an authentication code that I am not receiving. Dead silence on that end. And I wanted to become a gold member. Wow.

Cons

I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for five days to become a subscriber of their service. Zero communication. If I’m not a client yet and still don’t receive service, can you imagine if I was a paid customer, they have my money with zero support being provided.

BE CAREFUL TO BUY SUCH SOFTWARE WHERE SUPPORT SYSTEM IS A NIGHTMARE!! BETTER TO PUT SOME MORE PENNY AND TO BUY SOFTWARE FROM SOME REPUTED COMPANY. VYAPAR PEOPLE ARE NEVER VALUE THEIR OLD CUSTOMERS RATHER THEY ARE AGGRESSIVELY HUNTING FOR NEW ONE!! I will never recommend Vyapar. They never listen to your request what ever you are facing with the software, even if you come up with an innovative solution, still they are not going to listen. I have wasted my money and 7 months efforts expecting to make the App better and to use it. But nothing happened yet and I have decided to STOP using. Better to choose some software, where customization available. Some illogical features are there in their app which they are never correcting. For Example :- ITEM NAME DISPLAY ON PRINT PAGE is mandatory. And there is no logic of making it mandatory. I have made multiple request and they are not listening at all. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND VYAPAR TO ANY ONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR SMOOTH ACCOUNTING!! I my self will QUIT but before that will create awareness!!

Pros

Customer care Call Center Response Time is less and gets connected soon. Available online & Offline. That's why one star or else the software deserve zero star.

Cons

Developers of software are determined not to help the customers as well as they are not interested for betterment of the software.
