"Great Company and Great Product"

**Overall:** Overall the product is fantastic. The response from support is fast. The devices work as promised.

**Pros:** Product work great. Set it and forget it. Once it is up, you never have to think about it. It just works as promised.

**Cons:** Pricing model change may increase costs for companies with fewer meeting rooms. The recent price plan change impacted us since we only have 2 devices. Granted if we had more devices the plan would be a better fit.

**Overall:** Overall, I am very satisfied with Joan. The platform is easy to use, synchronization runs smoothly, and whenever an issue arises, customer service provides quick and reliable solutions

**Pros:** I am satisfied with Joan. The operation and synchronization work smoothly, and if there is ever an issue, the customer service provides a quick solution

**Cons:** The management interface can feel a bit overwhelming at times, as several modules we don’t use remain visible, which makes navigation less intuitive and slightly cluttered.
