Overall, it is a great tool. I'm glad that my company offers this tool to their employees. Joan makes the planning of office hours easier.

Pros

Joan is user-friendly and fast. What I most like is to see who of my colleagues booked a desk already.

Cons

On the IOS app, I would appreciate if the app could save my prefered settings. Each time I have to select: Floor, Location before making being able to book my desk.

Joan is really easy to navigate, easy to learn how to use and has plenty of online resources to support with your understanding of the product. The online support is very fast and they also aim to answer queries efficiently which has been amazing. Once you have the devices the ongoing cost are reasonable for the support and complexity of the product.

Pros

Joan has been a game changer in the way we use our desk booking and meeting rooms. It's supported with our compliance efforts knowing who is where and has really allowed us to improve our space management with a growing team.

Cons

At the moment, I would like if the devices made noises when the meeting is nearing the end/ending to notify staff, however when I raised this with the support team to ask the question, they were great in directing me to where I can leave this feedback so it can be considered in ongoing developments.

Overall the product is fantastic. The response from support is fast. The devices work as promised.

Pros

Product work great. Set it and forget it. Once it is up, you never have to think about it. It just works as promised.

Cons

Pricing model change may increase costs for companies with fewer meeting rooms. The recent price plan change impacted us since we only have 2 devices. Granted if we had more devices the plan would be a better fit.

Overall, Its a great application. I enjoy it and my employees do as well. Biggest thing is just wanting to get something in reporting.

Pros

Easily accessible and easy to teach employees. The app and the website make it easy for short informationally.

Cons

I would like to see the app and website look into reporting. This would be helpful with knowing how many employee's we have in the building.

Nice, easy to use. I love the app and the desktop version. However, the fact that I cannot book my seat one month ahead is what I dislike about the app.

Pros

I like the fact that I can book the seat via my app. Going to the office easy to use. The fact that I can use it to find where colleagues are in the office.

The fact that I cannot book 1 month ahead. I and others I've spoken to dislike this. Can we book ahead?

Pros

Easy to book meetings. The interface doesn't feel too cluttered and it gives me just what I need. I love the Slack integration and the ability to book something with natural language.

Cons

Sometimes the UI was buggy and flickering, but I was able to get what I needed by refreshing. I think this is temporary.

My overall experience with Joan has been excellent from the start. The platform was easy to integrate into my workflow, and it’s made managing my schedule and tasks significantly more efficient. The interface is clean, the functionality is solid, and it really has simplified my day-to-day operations. I’ve been impressed by how responsive the system is and how it adapts to my needs. Overall, Joan has been a fantastic tool, and I’d highly recommend it.

Pros

I really liked how easy and intuitive Joan is to use. The user interface is clean and straightforward, making it simple to navigate through all the features. Whether you’re scheduling meetings, setting reminders, or accessing the system’s various tools, everything just makes sense. The setup was quick, and I didn’t need to spend much time figuring things out. Overall, Joan is incredibly user-friendly and efficient, which makes my daily tasks so much smoother

Cons

Honestly, there isn’t anything I dislike about Joan. Every feature seems well thought out, and the system works as advertised without any noticeable issues. I’ve been using it for a while now, and there have been no major problems or drawbacks to mention. It’s a reliable and seamless tool, and I really haven’t encountered anything that would be considered a con.

Great, I have also used the support couple of times and it is prompt and helpful. Sales support too.

Pros

The e-display technology that is truly wireless and demands no constant power (which needs cabling), vs. the offerings based on tablets.

Cons

Well, the e-ink touchscreen technology is a bit laggy. Other thing that I would benefit from is more materials that I can use to "educate" the users to make the transition from post-it notes to Joan meeting room reservation solution and to start using the system and respecting other's reservations, etc.
