Pros

I like how easy it is to use and how trackable it makes everything. When an incident starts, it easy to jump in to a channel created by Firehydrant, where you can keep all communications (which is all stored) and it's super easy to use afterwards when you write the post mortem.

Cons

I can't think of one. It's one of those tools where you can use a bit of it or all of it. My business only uses a bit of it (we don't use the statuspages for example), so there might be areas where improvement would be good, but at my current use I wouldn't know.

Working with the Firehydrant team has been a pleasure they listen, understander our issues and response quickly.

Pros

Powerful integrations with the most popular alerting platforms. Very easy to create complex response runbooks to address multiple different needs. Excellent response and engagement from customer support and development teams.

Cons

The development pace is almost at breakneck speed! We occasionally run into issues where pre-existing functionality breaks or does not work as expected as a result of newly introduced features.
