Excellent support

Cons: The functionality is a little limited at the moment, for example no customer portal, but I have spoken to the support team and they say this is on the way and expect it to be going live in a few weeks.

Overall: First off, I thought the sign up process was fantastic, I just sent them a message through a contact form on the website requesting more information, and they got back to me within minutes with detailed information of the system and login details to try out the system. I find a lot of software companies want to know your life story now before showing you their software so it was a relief to just be given access straight away like this.

When I logged in it was a little daunting as I was brought to my dashboard and shown an empty table, and I thought, "heh, I have a bit of work ahead of me to get all my data on here", but the process of adding products and customers was extremely straightforward. After 15-20 minutes of playing around with it and adding products I received another email from the support team to say they noticed I had logged in for the first time and I could provide them with a spreadsheet of my customers and products for them to upload in bulk - that's 2 days worth of work saved already!

I've been using HireLogic for 3 months now and I can honestly say it is one of the easiest to use and intuitive pieces of software I have ever used for my hire business, its integration with Xero is seamless, and after putting through thousands of hires since signing up, neither I or any of my team have noticed a slow down at all.

I love that I can access my data anywhere I go, their mobile compatible website has made any requirement for an app redundant.
