nmodes is helping us parse and bin our customers. It's saving time for us when we speak to them. Once they engage with the chatbot, they immediately gain a clearer understanding of the different types of service bundles they could buy from us. It allows us to bring customers to the exact salesperson who has the right tools to sell them the package they really need. This bot is a naturally smart marketing funnel for us and we recommend it highly. Save time. Make your leads hotter. Anyone who runs a website without a chatbot like this is leaving money on the table.

Pros

I'm using the nmodes chatbot to help potential customers learn quickly and decide which products they want to buy from us. The bot makes an easy and natural sales funnel and quickly filters potential customers to the right sales channel in my organization. I replaced my Drift bot with the nmodes bot. What's great about nmodes is it also gets smarter as our customers use it and as we train it. Plus \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and his team keep rolling out new and creative features. The latest is a chatbot newsfeed which I will implement shortly. Mine will have custom messaging on events we will be attending. I want our potential customers who visit to not only make an appointment but to be armed with the right information and be well on the way to becoming a hot lead. The nmodes bot does this for me.

Cons

Like anything else, there is a learning curve associated with user programming for the chatbot. While it wasn't at all complicated, it did take me a little while to get used to it. I'm expecting future versions to be way better in this department and I'm testing a new version now that has a chatbot to help program the chatbot. Very cool!
