Self employeed Construction Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Bing" January 13, 2020 5.0 I like how it defines the image and says what it looks like, and also has similar images as well so you can see stuff that is just like it to view both Pros Love that it's visual and if I need to find something on my phone or an object I bought, I can just take a picture and find it! Super easy. Cons I personally don't use Bing. My phone is set on Google. Everything I own is Google. That's just what I use. I never think about Bing, ever. They never advertise as a company either. I have no complaints about this product though! It's great. Both of these tasks require me to be able to find images on a regular basis. Bing Visual Search helps me to find relevant, copyright free images. Pros I am very impressed with Bing Visual Search. The user interface is clean and simple to understand, and the results are relevant based on image input. Cons I don't really know that I have any negative experience in my use of Bing Visual Search. I had previously used mostly Google Image Search, and Bing (so far) seems to provide more relevant results. Cons Some items, the search will only produce fairly generic or broad matches for, but usually this is enough even if you have to further refine your search with text. Pros I liked the straightforward purpose of the product and the speed at which it does its job. Easily one of the best visual search engines. May 14, 2019 4.0 Pros Very simple to use and virtually no learning curve. You basically drag and drop your picture into Bing Visual Search and it will output similar images. Works well with food images when trying to get recipes. Cons Somewhat limited to what it can do. Not super accurate when uploading a known image and will output images that are of the same style, so if you are looking for images that have the same background color and style, then this is a good tool to use, however it will have some minimal use cases. Hopefully it evolves as the time goes by. Pros Google used to be the sole competitor for this market of visual search using pictures or visual resources to look up the information. Now that Microsoft's Bing offers this option too, it broadens the spectrum of search results. Cons Same applies to Google's visual search options, the AI still needs to be honed in order to draw accurate results not just based on the color schemes of visual resources. It all seems like these functions are based on AI's interpretation on pixels.
