Itinerary builder. Reduces repetition of work. Saves time in sharing the quote. Email designer and Landing page creation is an icing on the cake. Email marketing tool with data segmentation. I recovered 5 times of my investment thanks to the CRM. Team is very cooperative as they are always ready to take feedback and work on it. Time to time Upgrades are really useful. Cons Don't offer free demo account but offers detailed demo. Don't have vouchers for client. I am expecting vouchers in CRM as product is more than a CRM. Though application is responsive but am looking forward for the mobile app which company has promised to release in this year. Reason for choosing helloGTX Ease of use. Product features. After helloGTX CRM we are able to reduce our operational cost on man power as sales has become really easy, our conversions has gone up and now system itself helps us to generate leads based on customer patterns. It actually help us to know customers past, present & future that helps our sales team a lot. Pros It's super easy to use for travel agents. It has got everything in one place from Lead Management to Follow up to Sales Management to Content Management with ready content to Itinerary to Fixed Departure Inventory to Hotel Inventory to Marketing Module to Ready made e-mailer template for campaign to Voucher issuance and most important builds your web site too. It has got almost everything a small and medium size travel agency needs. Cons They don't offer free trials as a result it took us 3 months to decide weather to invest in this product or not but they offered a full detailed demo and when we bought it we found it a very good decision to buy.
