Negativissimaa!! Dopo 7 anni lo cancellerò perché non si può non essere seguiti come customer care. Non ci sono intelligenge x trovare soluzione

utente Satispay da 7/8 anni comodo e facile ma non risponde il customer care e non c'è nessun supporto per trovare una soluzione

Cons

servizio clienti inesistente e inutile!!!!. cambiando iban sono 3 settimane che aspetto che recepiscano il nuovo conto e non si pu6 parlare con nessuno. Risponde AI che è stupida e mi fa sempre le stesse domande e fornisce la stessa risposta!!!

Hanno fatto sparire circo €80 da una colletta e malgrado numerose mail, e messaggi sui social, solo risposte automatiche e niente soldi.

Pros

La comodità di uscire da casa senza contanti. La possibilità di scambiare il denaro tra persone all'istante.

Cons

Mancanza di un numero verde e niente risposte in qualsiasi canale. È inutile la loro presenza sui social, quando non ti considerano nemmeno.

Come si puó capire da quel che precede non é stata una bella esperienza e sono sempre in attesa di una spiegazione oltre al rimborso

Fino a qualche tempo fa avrei dato 5 stellle. Da parecchi anni utilizzo il prodotto e ho apprezzato la grande facilità di utilizzo.

Cons

L’incapacità dell’assistenza a capire dove sia andato il pagamento da me effettuato a favore della società Itabus. L’assistenza ha chiuso il ticket senza darmi alcuna spiegazione.

La mia esperienza complessiva è ottima, pagamenti velocissimi tutti i giorni

Pros

A mio parere è fantastico, si possono fare pagamenti ovunque e di qualsiasi cifra, anche minima, lo utilizzo quotidianamente in pausa pranzo

Cons

Diciamo che svantaggi non ne ho trovati, l'unica cosa è che senza connessione dati non può funzionare

non è tutto oro quello che brilla..entusiasta di Satispay privato, ho fastto l'ERRORE di invitare la mia azienda a fare i Buoni Acquisto. Se avete presente Amazon, qui siamo all'età della pietra, ma la cosa peggiore è che l'interazione con il commerciale è stata condotta sul piano della semplificazione, secondo me sapendo del PROBLEMA per cui non si possono fare a meno di una manualità che sinceramente lascia il tempo che trova...la fattura, che notoriamente per essere scaricabile deve indicare degli importi <= 50€, arriva senza pietà per il totale. A richiesta di chiarimenti, si sono nascosti, non rispondono a whatsapp (se volete metto il numero) e alla fine l'esperimento per noi è un bel buco nell'acqua. Se proprio li volete, dovete ordinare, bonificare e fatturare una transazione da max 50€, per volta, da sito... ...ma non esiste proprio

per uso privato non si discute, una piattaforma dove il borsellino con autiricarica è perfetto per tenere ia moneta giusta

Cons

invece per l'uso business, un altro pianeta, trattato (nuovo cliente) a pesci in faccia) evitare accuratamente, almeno per i BUONI ACQUISTO

Super comodo, facile ed efficiente. Se imposti il budget, più di quello non spendi.

Pros

L'immediatezza delle transazioni e la facilità d'uso. Il budget e l'aiuto nel non farti spendere più di quello che puoi permetterti.

Cons

Il fatto che sia legato a un solo iban - È possibile cambiarlo, ma ogni volta bisogna attendere le verifiche. D'altraparte è sinonimo di serietà.

Buona esperienza, poche possibilità di cash back, da migliorare il modo di ricaricare il conto, il bonifico non è immediato, questo ne limita l'utilizzo

Comodo per pagare, senza commissioni e facile da utilizzare

Cons

Non è possibile ricaricare in modo immediato il portafoglio fin da subito. È un vincolo per chi vorrebbe utilizzarlo sul momento ma non lo usa abbastanza da fare una ricarica periodica.
