The software is easy to navigate and if we do have questions their support is responsive, knowledgeable and are happy to help.

Having to reselect the format in which you want your nutritional value to appear can be a pain.
These have been used and I have to re-evaluate. I had made a few mistakes on labels and wasted 2 downloads.
Lots of ingredients missing from library. Too many custom basic ingredients are missing.
No each or unit measurement, i.e case of 140 apples, recipe for 2 apples, etc. No scaling up/down of recipes.

Overall: I've had a good experience with MenuSano. It's easy to use, and I like the helpful nutrition info. Although there are a few things to improve, overall, it's been positive.
Pros: The database is incredibly helpful, making tasks more efficient and streamlined
Cons: The nutrition info sometimes isn't the newest. It costs more than some other programs, and I wish the database had more stuff in it.

Overall: I needed to guide my product development based on some nutritional guidelines. Once the guidelines were established, it was easy to create and modify recipes to achieve the results needed.
Pros: It is extremely cost effective for the work that we were trying to accomplish
Cons: The database at times seem to have glitches. Support is always available to work through the issues.

Overall: Overall, my experience of using Menusano for meal planning was amazing and I would like to recommend it to other potential consumers.
Pros: Providing information regarding calorie content, macro and micro-nutrients is the most important feature of Menusano, I believe. It is user friendly and easy to understand. Since I am using Menusano for planning my own meals, it has become significant part of my daily life.
Cons: It was little challenging in the beginning to know all the features specifically how to create a recipe label. However, it got much easier with every use.

"Stable software that is backed by incredible customer service"
Overall: We love that the software is made by a Canadian company and is affordable. We use the software mostly to compile Nutrition Facts Tables for our customers. The software is easy to navigate and if we do have questions their support is responsive, knowledgeable and are happy to help.
Pros: The personalized service is incredible. We needed a format that was not already available and they delivered within the week! We would never have had this type of response from another supplier. The owner even called to ensure they were on the right track with the formatting. We also appreciate the web based platform as we do not have to run virtual machines or be on a specific platform to be able to use the product.
Cons: The only hiccup we had was taken care of by the MenuSano team! We needed a specific layout that was not already available, but is it now in the templates. Thanks team
