My students and I can quickly learn the software and generate accurate labels for our clients. I would highly recommend their software as it is a great value for money and the customer support is great. Pros I really appreciate how quick and knowledgeable their customer support is. They respond promptly and provide great answers. They have one of the best customer supports I've seen. Cons I wish that the software had every type of NFT label that you could generate with Health Canada as an option (and have it based off the ADS of the package), but they can design the niche label types for us when it is required. We use the software mostly to compile Nutrition Facts Tables for our customers. The software is easy to navigate and if we do have questions their support is responsive, knowledgeable and are happy to help. Pros The personalized service is incredible. We needed a format that was not already available and they delivered within the week! We would never have had this type of response from another supplier. The owner even called to ensure they were on the right track with the formatting. We also appreciate the web based platform as we do not have to run virtual machines or be on a specific platform to be able to use the product. Cons The only hiccup we had was taken care of by the MenuSano team! We needed a specific layout that was not already available, but is it now in the templates. The only problem I encountered was when I tried to access 'How To Use MenuSano - Guides' and clicked on 'How to create a recipe.' The page took a long time to load, which was quite frustrating.
