I am using Amazon Rekognition for Video and Image content sensing and the experience is really good.

Pros

I liked the most about Amazon Rekognition is it provides the best objects detection with proper timestamps in the video with labels. Results are much accurate.

Cons

What I liked the least about the Amazon Rekognition is it utilize the service using command line is complex and output comes in Json format which is tough to interpret.

It let's us automatically tag the media that is ingested to our platform, making it easier for our users to search and find exactly what they need.

Pros

It does a great job in image recognition, resulting in good coverage of keywords that can be later used to search and find media in our platform.

Cons

There's no disadvantage of the product in my opinion
