I also appreciate the improvements that have been made over the past year or so. They have made the experience much better. Pros like the ability to filter through different angles/times of properties the most. The ability to filter through years/months helps us get a little history on each of our properties/projects i may be working on. Cons Text boxes with background do not rotate well. the white background is often distorted. Export image quality could be improved as well. It would be great if the text boxes could be expanded by clicking and dragging the text box corner rather than having to scroll over and adjust the slider. I use Property Intel to map and measure all of my projects, whether from aerials or blueprints. I even use it as design software when our designer is overloaded. It has made my job much easier and streamlined compared to other options. I celebrate with each of their updates and improvements because I spend 40 hours of my life every week using this software. The customer service has always been immediately accommodating and the developers care very much about their clients needs. Pros I can't pick just one thing. They're great across the board. Editing tools and aerial imaging are high quality. They're constantly pushing quality of life updates and introducing new features. The customer service is top notch. Maps I submit to them for measurements are returned very fast and accurate, usually the next day. They are cost effective compared to the competition. Cons There's a few minor bugs that need ironed out. It's due to them rolling out so many new features regularly. It's inevitable when sending new features live, and they wrap back around and clean things up. Examples of bugs for your understanding: One of their export options has layering issues that is really only a problem in niche circumstances. Their other export option is perfect, so it's not a big deal. If you add an image to a project, sometimes it won't be there when you reload it and will have to add it again. There's a couple other minor things like this. They'll fix it all in time. I have been told by coworkers that it is not user friendly but i think it is a greater program because of it. the landscape architect enjoys the program like i do too Pros i like that additional photos can be added, i do not use that feature much because the 2D 3D aspect of design creation but it is nice. i like that i can create new area names and zoom in close to the ground. Map information is updated nicely too Cons There is a glitch with some areas of the map and I am unable to see or have access to the address. I have tried to view the space different times and it will still not load.
