This tells me if my customers are reading my emails, plus it allows me to track after they open the message, which lets me know that we are already on their mind. We have a circus school and customers are constantly asking us where the school is located, so I made a link to a Google map and parking directions that combine with an email button, so when someone asks for directions, it's a simple and straightforward combination. Pros By examining the dashboard on the main DocuSign website, you can see when your emails were opened and closed and at what time. Monitoring email tracking and viewing attachments is an additional feature that has helped me save time. I am fascinated by the art of their clippings. This is a major plus for me and allows me to provide better service to my clients. Cons It would be helpful if there was a menu in Gmail that allowed you to select snippets instead of having to remember your codes... otherwise, I think they are making good progress. In fact, I am very satisfied with the way DocuSign works. Pros Overall, I found this software to be the most user friendly option out there! My team is usually resistant to change but overall we have been happy with this product and no plans for change in the future! Cons I think there were a few bumps in the road just with learning exactly how to get a process down but overall the resources and service that we received during this learning process made it worth it! Pros Docusign is a very convenient program, you are able to efficiently and effectly get documents signed via email or can explain the terms to clients over the phone while they view it. It simplifies contracts and helps the client feel more at ease. Very user friendly. Cons Some clients prefer the paper agreements and are uncomfortable signing via online.
