Pros

The integration with HubSpot is the best thing ever!

Cons

Before Jiminny, it was hard to listen and share back on calls.

Pros

Jiminny is a great tool to listen back to your sales call. They offer tools to easily splice up calls, share them, & create playlists.

Cons

There are connection issues & issues with the transcripts if you are using your Wifi and not dialed in/

Terrible overall and their team was rude.

Pros

There’s nothing positive about Jiminny, I was fooled by their clean looking marketing site. Would highly recommend that folks stay away.

Cons

The fact that the product broke all the time, the AI missed critical meetings all the time, the customer support sucked and the pricing was high.

I like the call recording functionality. Easily connects with Zoom and google meet etc. Also like the Hubspot integration for automatic note syncing.

The quality of transcription could be better

The company is great and supportive! Our sales team uses the software and we are considering joining them, just unsure if we get enough value for the cost.

Pros

I like the playlist and recording ability. Taking snippets of calls for training and review purposes is a great feature to have! I also love how easily it syncs with my google calendar.

Cons

I have had a few issues with customers getting on the screen share. I have also had some weird audio issues with no way of solving the issues.

Great tool, very clear video and sound, easy UX and incorporation into my other tools.

Pros

My favorite thing is how easy it is to share links and incorporate into my calendar. Very clean software all in in all.

Cons

My least favorite thing is probably the nav bar of the video chat - everyone generally has issues knowing what buttons do what.

Cons

It is a bit difficult to integrate this software with every aspect and team of your company. Designed mostly for Sales and CS support.

Pros

I like that there is the option to go back and listen to calls, is great for training purposes. I like that people can listen in as a LiveCoach and help as needed.

Cons

I don't like that the camera off and mute buttons seem to be different from each other. For example, when the camera is on, there is a camera icon with a slash through it to turn it off (that seems backwards) and when the mic is on, there is no slash, and clearly on.

Would highly recommend to fellow marketing managers in my department!

Pros

Jiminny really streamlined communication for my team during quarantine. Its super easy to use which is perfect for my team who have various levels of experience with technology.

Cons

The audio quality can lag at times without any warning. This occurred in one instance during an important meeting I had with my senior managers.
