Overall experience is good: but most of the PMs need to be trained to use this tool, I found market trend wise overall JIRA is more easily usable by users with same set of features available. Pros This software is ease to handle, make your agile project management simpler and easier while you are handling multiple projects together. Easily it can be integrated with any CICD framework. Rally can be used as your test management tool without using any additional plug-in Cons I do not like its visual approach, I found JIRA is more compelling comparing to Rally Alternatives considered [Jira](https://www.capterra.com/p/19319/JIRA/) Reasons for choosing Rally Platform It was lesser in cost, license was easily renewable and internal IT recommended platform. Rally platform is for all business of all sizes. Mainly in the software development using agile methodology. Cons Rally software uses multiple levels of nesting that can be confusing .
