### "Collation of emails into 12d"

All emails are collated easily, all folders in same place not on one computer. Helpful staff.

Pros

Very easy to use, helpful backup and works!

Cons

Nothing really - I find it easy to use and the back help is great

Fantastic for working at home via VPN, overall has increased productivity and reduced error due to the elimination of duplicate projects and lost data.

Pros

It's the only real option for data management for 12d Model. Good start up training and support. Roll back feature and read only opening of projects.

Cons

User interface could be more intuitive. Incorporating some 'Wizards' for tasks would help.

Pros

We designers located in different Cities and some who work from home and 12d Synergy has been great in giving everyone access to the projects whilst ensuring version control. I also love that 12d Synergy also allows you to open a project read only, I use this for checking parts of the model whilst the designers are still working in other parts of the project.

Cons

Can't say that I've found any real cons yet, we're still working on DWG output and whether to have these in 12d synergy or not. We've had some issues with Autocad and 12d Snyergy so we will keep monitoring that to see if we use 12d Synergy for our DWG's or not.

Was a good package to use. V3 which I used had a lot of improvements to go, but overall was great to use. I haven't used since V3 over a year ago.

Pros

CAD and 12D integration Windows folder based being able to work from home or office. Synergy team were very helpful.

Cons

many bugs with V3 crashes due to SQL being full (company IT associated) but still an issue. Lost productivity due to the crashes. User guides were ok but not great. Need more detail. Excel referencing between different excel files did not work/update properly. Dangerous to link workbooks.
