Pros

I like that you speak with someone quickly, too bad that they can't fix most of the issues and need to make a "high priority ticket" that normally takes days to fix!

Cons

This company has held over $8000.00 of my credit card transactions and this has been on going for days. Still not fixed even after a high priority ticket. I've been more then patient!

Thoroughly happy so far.

Pros

It's all in one! There's a solid customer database system with plenty of information. It makes customer retention a breeze through email marketing and reminders to call periodically for service offers. You can make an appointment, convert it to a bill and collect payment in a couple clicks. We've increased our 5 star reviews by using the built in customer incentive option on every receipt. The Software has also helped drive up tip revenue by giving the customer an easy way of doing so.

Cons

Honestly, it's pretty solid. When there are issues they're quick to fix them and very responsive to any questions or concerns.

Reasons for choosing DetailProPOS

They had more features that helped with more aspects of business. More than just a simple scheduling POS system. It really helps run and more importantly grow the business.

This software saves me the cost of a full time employee. It is thorough, accurate, easy to use and manageable. I am able to train other users quickly.

Pros

I like the ease of use, and how everything that your need to run an efficient business is there. Keep track of appointments, text reminders, automated follow up review, recorded calls, ....This dashboard has it all!

Cons

There is nothing I don't like about Detail Pro POS. They are open to suggestions when it comes to making the software more user friendly.

It's a complete business in a box, constantly updating the new tweaks to make it better and better. I couldn't be happier.
