The overall experience from Modeling to Testing and then Deploying is very good. I like this software very much.

Pros

I had u this software to built a simple conversational google assistant for my domain and integrated into google assistant. The best thing I like in this process is the guide and documentation available to use this software. There's also a small talk feature available which ease our work a little and I enabled it for my product.

Cons

There's nothing to say for here but one thing I like to highlight is to manage it for Beta testing in selected users.

Once you understand how the tool works and you become more experienced, you can get a lot of value and you can optimize processes and save money.

Pros

It is very simple to use and the user interface is friendly

Cons

It takes a lot of time to train the tool, but it's worth it.

Pros

Its very easy once you get to know about this software as it provide predefined API's which is very helpful to develop your costume bots.

Cons

Its restricted to API's and some time difficult to integrate in your system.
