I have the information needed to troubleshoot any issues or identify process improvements when needed. We have a great partnership with the MAS Team and it is easy to create and make adjustments to automations at any time. Pros What I appreciate most about OpCon is the visibilty it gives us on our processes, whether it's the ability to view jobs 7 days prior and 7 days ahead or to view the output to fully understand all aspects of the jobs. OpCon did that work on it's own. We only have to setup the automation process as per our requirements. Pros With the multiple options available to automate the process and it's capability to connect with the database or the directory to get the files so that to automatically run the process to get the output. Cons It's very complicated and only the professionals or the experience user can use it with ease. Only the experienced one can automate the process and can evaluate the .project in a perfect way. It can even perform jobs based on the emails, received into the monitored inbox. In addition to that, the software support team is very friendly and knowledgable. They helped me a lot with a number of problems / errors via remote sessions. Pros It seems that this product has no limits. I have only used it for several months, and was able to automate a great number of manual processes. Easy to use, once you get a concept of schedule / job relationship. I am a big fan of automation. OpCon so far has been the best application that I've worked with Cons Not for everyone. You have to have scripting knowledge and sometimes get creative, think outside of the box, to get the job done. But if you possess those skills, you'd be amazed what this software can do for you.
