Easy to use and very precise on the transcriptions and translations.

Pros

Very accurate transcribing videos and audios, paired with the translations its a very usefull tool.

Cons

It could have some automatisms like remove silences.

Pros

UI - The platform is intuitive and easy to use. It synchronises all data across all platforms and provides a coherent view.

Cons

Functionality around the word-cloud (hot topics, trending hashtags) is required. If team, can make it clickable and route it to respective review/statement to get an insight.

Pros

AURIS really helps us in keeping a smooth record of ORM activities! All the alerts, emails and reports are generated timely helping us analyze the current scenario of the business and strategize the future activities efficiently.

Cons

Sometimes the data recorded has inaccuracy but the staff helps us resolving the issue in no time.

Provide daily details regarding our brand awareness and we gained some deep insights on how and where our brand has been used. Detecting most of the mentions through the internet and social media enables us to act when appropriate and respond directly to specific comments. Monitors industry related important keywords on multiple channels. It allows us to track competitors activities as well. It's doing quite a good job, all in all!

Pros

Excellent easy-to-use ORM and many features. If your specification is not fulfilled with the default approach, you can conveniently customize it with Auris. There are many features that you can deploy after the first implementation as a result of a continuous upgrade

Cons

Some things can be modified. Review of generations and sentiment analysis can be much easier. There is some work to do with a mobile app.
