Pros

Easy to use. Nice to see anonymous questions and answer to find solution.

Cons

People has to be encouraged to use Grapevine actively. Otherwise, the topics could not refresh as expected.

Pros

\- the product is very easy to use - employees have full access to the knowledge of their colleagues who are located often far away from them - great sytem to share knowledge

Cons

\- The content is not well organized. There are sub categories, but the system does not automatically tell you whether your questions had already been answered in the past or not. That's critical to me.

The ranking is great incentive and the tree showing expertise is great too.

Cons

I don't like how many notifications are just for questions that may interest me. I think notifications should only be for interactions.

It was easy to use and easy to ask questions and get appropriate response. Also easy to search for topics that were already mentioned. One positive thing is the anonymous posts, give more freedom for people to participate and share their mind
