### "Did not follow through on promises"

We were promised things during our initial calls that were not followed through on. The software is better than what we were using before, but I am still bitter that we were lied to during the selling process.

Pros

Easier to use for therapist than the other software we were using.

Cons

Most of the features that I would like to see are offered in the next tier up. I wish Alleva would offer a quality product and not have tiers where you have to pay more for additional options.

Alleva has helped us to be more streamlined in our work.

Pros

I mostly use the document management tools. After an initial period of familiarization, I have found it very easy to do what I need to do and have been able to reduce the time spent on documentation.

Cons

There was a steep learning curve and it took some time to get help customizing the features.

Alleva was more willing to work on the cost of their product that their competitors.

### "Adequate"

When we first began to use we very much appreciated the prompt response and level of service. Since it has grown we have seen a big decrease in this.

Pros

When first being used it seemed intuitive. After further use, it is less so.

Cons

Tends to go down too much. Makes it difficult to count on. We also attempted to utilize it with their CRM but that provided almost zero benefit.

Thought we would stick with what we know for the time being.

### "Best Electronic Health Record "

My overall experience with Alleva has been spectacular. At the end of the day with an EHR, you want top quality customer service and customer experience. I have been happy for the past year, and based on all information I have, will be happy for many years to come.

Pros

Customer service, ease of use, intuitive nature of the software, the ownership of the company. In general, have worked in 3 different EHR's in my career, demoed all of the "best EHR's" and still have chosen to work with Alleva. They are top in my book.

Cons

When we began working with Alleva, they had only been around for a few months. So, we faced challenges of working with a new software as they were in process of improving the system regularly. Otherwise, nothing.

### "Not happy"

I advised the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] of our company to contact an attorney and sue. We do have a good case for misrepresentation. Alleva finally hired a person who knows our industry. Since things are getting better the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] did not want the distraction of a legal confrontation. There are still problems but there have been imptovements in the past month

Pros

The idea of what we were promised. Information that rolls over to the next step.

Cons

Promises were not kept. The program was not set up for SUD residential treatment though the "sales" people said it was. Eight months of a program that did not meet our needs.

Cost and features that were promised.

Great experience building Alleva with Antonio. Helped us build the reports from the ground up. Went above and beyond to teach and explain how the software works and how to best utilize for our needs. He was very easy to work with and always available when we need guidance and support.

Pros

Easy to track payments, medication, demographics, scheduling and generate reports to view outcomes.

Cons

Nothing dislike. Pretty friendly software to use.

So far, the only downside is not knowing how to use all the features off the bat. There are many unique things that the software can do.

### "EMR Alleva Review"

The staff has been very supportive and open to communication with our current staff they have been able to correct any errors or issues that we've found with ease and quickness. along with that they are very good at working with billing staff and can ceating forms such as screening tools and concurrent reviews that insurance companies can use very easily and create cases for.

Pros

I greatly enjoy the accessibility to the support staff their quickness and resolving issues ease of access for staff to train ability to adjust treatment plans accordingly and open communication through informational notes for all staff to be aware and see.

Cons

early on there were some bugs with treatment plan such as dates doubling up and being copy down in objectives but one support staff was made aware they are on top of the met her and quickly corrected the issue. The other issue we see is that certain permissions are not visible on laptop as you would see in desktop regardless if you're rehab admin, therapist, social worker, or doctor.

### "Start-up"

Alleva has been actively working with our team to develop a "in suite" ability to invoice for co-pays and deductibles

Pros

The entire Alleva team and their willingness to flex, grow and change as we mature our business model

Cons

More like a nice to have, but the ability to handle all client duties in one spot...VOB's, Clinical notes, Scheduling, billing / invoicing. (big "ask", I know!)

### "User Friendly "

I love you guys!

Pros

Super easy to use! Very user friendly even a non-tech individual can navigate without fail. Support is at your finger tips with a very rapid response time.

Cons

The calendar doesn't always allow us to edit notes. Have to go through the + icon. Which I always use the + icon but some providers like to use the calendar. All depends on the users preference i guess.

Pros

The customer service is the best attribute to this software by far. The team at Alleva is always happy to help us in learning how to use their product and tailor the product itself to suit our needs.

Cons

Due to the complexity of the software, it has taken a significant amount of time to train our staff in using it correctly, but that is not an inherent flaw with the service, just a hurdle we are overcoming with time.

At times it is easy to use. "Golden Thread" in treatment notes.

Cons

Not always adaptive at autosaving. Loses connection to internet easily. MTP updates log me out and lose information.
