Allgemein ein sympathisches Unternehmen mit einer guten Software, die viele Bedürfnisse abdeckt

Ein richtiger Allrounder rund um's Thema HR, wirklich viele Produktfeatures, die sich sinnvoll einsetzen lassen und guter Kundensupport

Cons

Manch einer ist eventuell mit der Breite an Features überfordert, so werden allerdings auch alle Bedürfnisse erfüllt. Man kann es so oder so sehen.

Sehr gute Lösung für unser Bewerbermangement, das sowohl bei unseren internen Nutzern Vorurteile gegenüber solchen System abgebaut hat als auch unsere Candidate Journey wesentlich vereinfacht hat.

Pros

Flexible Gestaltung, intuitive Oberfläche, Möglichkeit Anforderungen zu formulieren und gemeinsam mit Anbieter Weiterentwicklungen anzustoßen. Gute mobile Darstellung der Stellenbörse und sehr guter Kundensupport und fachliche Beratung.

Cons

Viel Engagement von Kundenseite erforderlich, da keine Standardlösung.

With the help of this we can reduce the human effort and time. It is easy to understand and you can use it easily with the help of one time training and also if you stuck somewhere you can connect with their customer support as they provide you all the support and guide you how to resolve that issue.

Pros

It has all the modern feature related to HR which is trending now and required by any organization. It helps me from recruitment to exit of an employee. It help you to manage all the personal data with one click. It also help you in getting feedback and analyzing it . It will be suitable for small to large organization and for all the industry. It will increase you productivity and help you to do all the HR function online.

Cons

I think they can improve their payroll management otherwise it is very helpful in current scenario.

Generell hat uns die Heatmap als zentrale Visualisierung der Bewertungen sehr überzeugt, da sie intuitiv und schnell erfassbar ist. Weitere wesentliche Features sind Filtermöglichkeiten und die unterschiedliche Darstellung der Informationen.

Cons

Generell könnte je Befragung ein Download mit allen von Probanden gemachten Aussagen angeboten werden. Dies hilft bspw. bei weiteren statistischen Berechnungen, die das Tool aktuell noch nicht abbildet.

Tailorable for business needs. Professional and easy to use and administer. Competent support.

Cons

Probably not what you would call a sophisticated tool (the part we use is mental health survey only) but its pragmatic and perfectly fine: compliant and fit for purpose.
