"Great experience overall "

**Overall:** Overall, I love using Coviu ~ it is my platform of choice! It is straight forward and easy to use. I love that the testing materials are within the platform!

**Pros:** The feature that I liked most about Coviu is that the testing materials were embedded into the platform!

**Cons:** What I liked least about Coviu was that at times, the volume went in and out when I was with a student. This made testing students difficult when it happened.

"Easy and convenient "

**Overall:** The support is fantastic. The ease of use and the flexibility of what to use it on and how is just brilliant. No need to download anything for clients.

**Pros:** That it is simple to use. That I can send a link to a client and they an use it on any device and its the same link each time

**Cons:** I don't use it as much as I had hoped, so not sure if it is cost effective.
