"Clinician learning to use Coviu for telehealth"

**Overall:** Excellent. Easy to learn and implement. Excellent for telehealth consultations. Learning how to use it took about 1 hour, then it was easily adaptable.

**Pros:** Easy and intuitive. Great video and audio, no lagging. Patient waiting room easy to manage and commence consultations.

**Cons:** Not integrated into practice software. This would make it more seamless. At present we are not using it for scheduling or billing, may be useful.

"Great experience overall "

**Overall:** Overall, I love using Coviu ~ it is my platform of choice! It is straight forward and easy to use. I love that the testing materials are within the platform!

**Pros:** The feature that I liked most about Coviu is that the testing materials were embedded into the platform!

**Cons:** What I liked least about Coviu was that at times, the volume went in and out when I was with a student. This made testing students difficult when it happened.
