## What is myQuality?

myQuality is a complete SaaS-based ISO 9001 quality management system with interrelated databases and templates that delivers minimum viable quality certification in 10 weeks. All the required documented information is pre-installed ready for review, design, implementation, certification and ongoing support. A once off set up fee includes a dedicated company domain, x5 managers, unlimited users and 12-month licence. Ongoing use is through an annual prepaid licence fee.

I have had a very pleasant experience using myQuality and the customer support received has been second to none.

Pros

It is a great system to have all workflows and documentation in the one document controlled space. It is easy for auditing purposes and helps the team to easily raise a review for continuous improvement opportunities.

Cons

It can take some time to understand the flow and where to access all information but after continual use it becomes easier to navigate.

Positive experience. Having the correct consultant has made a big impact as \[sensitive content hidden\] was able to click well with all the personnel in leadership, this has allowed a trust and respect to build naturally.

Pros

Transparency and tailored service. My Quality matched our company with the right consultant, and we've been able to improve our overall processes.

Cons

There is nothing we dislike about My Quality as a business. We however don't used the My Quality software as we now use Simpro.

Really great, would definitely recommend, in particular \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] were a pleasure to deal with. We've even engaged them on another unrelated product due to establishing such a great relationship with them.

Pros

The whole process was explained, step-by-step and we found this really valuable; we've purchased software previously and found it was just dumped on us and inevitably became unusable. In stark, and much appreciated difference, this was a real 'hands-on' approach that has really worked for us. Our workplace H&S, and approach to policies, procedures and document management have been transformed! We work across a few locations so really appreciate that the cloud-based software allows us to keep things seamless.

Cons

It can be clunky at times, and not always intuitive (we are relatively new users!) .
